As usual at any Cactus location - nothing special, very ordinary food within a super limited variety and not the best service.
Had my sons 13th birthday and they were amazing, amazing food, amazing service!

I treated my friend’s family, who were visiting from abroad, to a meal, but we had an issue with fruit flying going into my cocktail right after we sat down. The manager, a tall Asian lady, came over to assist us. She quickly arranged new seats for us and even took care of the cost of my cocktails , even though it wasn’t really their fault. The service was fantastic, and the food? There’s no need to say more!

Yesterday, November 15th at around 11 pm, I went to Cactus for dinner and had one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The server who attended us —Asian-looking, so the team can identify her— behaved in a completely unprofessional manner from the start.
We ordered appetizers and mains, and we clearly stated that we wanted them served in two separate courses. Despite that, she brought the mains in the middle of the appetizers, completely disrupting the flow of our meal. The situation was so absurd that I ended up holding and removing plates myself because she arrived with her hands full of mains and basically forced me to help her. I understand mistakes can happen, and I would’ve let that go… but unfortunately, it didn’t end there.
While we still had appetizers and mains on the table, and without having finished eating, she showed up with the dessert right in the middle of our meal. Everything was completely out of order.
I want to be clear: the food was excellent, but the service was truly horrible.
In summary: amazing food ruined by terrible, disorganized, and very unprofessional service. I sincerely hope the Cactus team addresses this situation and improves their staff training, because this experience was extremely disappointing.

Have visited Cactus Club Cafe on different occasions and have had various experiences. Last time had a great time with couple of my colleagues, good time to get there during the happy hour. Booth is always a cozy option in my opinion, but bar is fun too. The food is decent, depending what you prefer of course. Good place to chill, have a drink. The place can get crowded on the weekends and prior reservation would be in the best interest.

I hadn’t been to a Cactus Club in a long time, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing food. We got the crab and spinach creole dip, green goddess salad, Feenie burger, and truffle parmesan chicken which were all 10/10. They were all new menus we tried except for the burger.
Regarding the service, we did a walk in at 6:30 and were told that there is 30-40 min wait. At around 30 minute mark they said they were getting the table ready, but it took them extra 15 minutes until seating us. So we ended up being seated close to 7:30. I could see that they were either short staffed or too busy. Instead of our server, the manager took our order. She didn’t ask whether we wanted the appetizer first or if we were allergic to anything. The food took a long time to come out.
Next time we will make sure to make a reservation.

Fantastic food. Blacked creole chicken and the London fog creme brulee were especially good. The service wasn't there though. I came in from what I realized was a side entrance later (despite being open and along the highway with no signs telling us otherwise). I stood there patiently, out of everyone's way, hoping to get a seat or at least be told to head to the main entrance that I hadn't known about. I didn't wave aggressively, approach servers while they were helping other customers. Just eye contact or a nod whenever they looked my way.
Not a single server who walked by me did anything. Was hoping for at least a point in the right direction or a gentle reminder that the main entrance is on a random side street as I've never been to this branch. Just promptly ignored after I made eye contact with basically all the waitstaff that evening. I only started walking around the inside of the cafe after 10+ minutes of no interaction and eventually found the main entrance THROUGH the dining room/lounge...but a simple 'hey sorry, main entrance is that way' from ANY of your staff or a sign saying 'please use main entrance' would've solved this.
Have not felt this ignored in ages, and it's on an anniversary night too. Food was amazing for Happy Hour! Go if you only want to eat and don't care about being cared for. But I won't return due to the service.

We came for the happy hour and it s a nice deal. The food was good, fresh and tasty, and the service was good as well. The place is great but a little too noisy, but nothing different from the other Cactus Club locations

really disappointed with the service. ended up waiting for a really long time to be seated despite having a reservation, and there being plenty of tables with lots of waitstaff walking around. several groups of people were waiting at the entrance, and no one came to greet us. eventually one person came up but didn't say anything to us, we had to approach him to ask to be seated, and then had to wait again for the waitress to arrive. i got so thirsty i ended up drinking from my own water bottle. the food was excellent, but the service was so poor i won't be returning.
