Me and my friend were at the bar watching a hockey game, chatting and minding out own business. The guy sitting directly below the TV screen thought we were staring at him so he walked over and confronted us telling us to stop looking at him. We were so confused and explained that we were merely looking at the screen above him watching a game, but apparently this guy frequents the bar, the bartender knew him well so by default according to the bartender we were wrong and were told to leave. He was the aggressor not us. He walked over to confront us, not us. He had some weird issues. We tried explaining it to the bartender but she wouldn't listen. We just paid up and left. And also she got very upset that we left her Zero tip. As if I'm giving her a 22% tip after this gong show,so delusional. If you're at the bar trying to watch a game and see a sad Asian guy with glasses sitting all alone, just watch out. This guy has some serious issues. Try to get a seat that's away from him or just avoid going to this cactus bar all together period. The staff are incompetent to deal with these issues. Kudos to the security guard who understood the situation but has no choice but to take orders from his employer (bartender). It's just pathetic.

Amazing place, food was delicious, I feel that they need to enlarge the food menu a little more, the attention is amazing, if it's your birthday and wedding anniversary they give you a slice of cheesecake courtesy of the house

Was asked to provide private information when entering the store. When asked why, the greeter could not answer the question. I provided the requested information, but wonder if the Cactus club understands their obligations regarding privacy?Food great, service sub standard. Server spent 15 minutes talking to another customer (this was a social discussion, not a order taking and "get to know your customer wants" type of banter. Missed the cutoff for happy hour. Asked if an extension would be granted because we waited so long for the social discussion to end, the answer was "no". Complaint to the acting manager was handled well.

My new place. The staff very knowledgeable and approachable. Whatever music station they are tuned into don't change it. You have to have to try the truffle frys! Fantastic! Wide variety of craft beers and wines. Extensive menu of entrée. As restrictions are loosening this establishment was extremely busy. Service was very efficient and you were taken care of immediately. I highly recommend it.

My friend told me Cactus Club has the best cocktails and some interesting Asian fusion food i.e., Szechuan chicken. The environment is cozy and the staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back often.

Good food, nice restaurant.I hate the fact that their servers literally stand 1 foot from your hands when you're paying and look at what you are doing on the machine. Absolutely terrible practice. Happens almost all the time at this restaurant.
