Unfriendly and barely helpful woman working today; messy, filthy, and under staffed location. Should be roastery only since they come up very short as a cafe. Fortunately I bought beans only and Artigiano is pretty good at roasting.

They had no food! It was 11:30am - barely even lunch time. The prices were outrageous and the service was meh. Look up from your laptop, acknowledge customers and have conversation! Don’t think I would spend $$ here again. What happened to this cute little place?

Nothing will ruin your day more than a first sip of terrible overpriced coffee. No wonder no one was in this coffee shop when we came in. Overpriced burnt puddle water coffee can’t even get passed 2 sips; save your money go elsewhere

Terrible customer service, this girl who’s working there was saying something with one of her male worker and basically making fun of customers and laughing out loud. Too bad. Avoid at all cost. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star tbh

Been here lots but not anymore. The only reason I went there was because I was working nearby. Service was meh, coffee was consistently mid and it's kinda run down and worn out. And the food, if there's any left at 930, is usually dried out served to you as if you asked them to borrow money.

I’m a regular at a different branch and everything is always amazing. But here things are different. Awful customer service in general. Didn’t greet us when we walked in and didn’t even spoke to us when we were making an order. The store is also very old and doesn’t match their branding at other locations. They throw the food on the counter and didn’t care to give us anymore service.

Unclear business!One of the bad days in my life to go there.I decided to relieve my stress by getting one coffee,but unfortunately one u girl I think was named Ashley.She was so rude and instead of $5 coffee she charged me $25.When I asked her how, she said it's by mistake.The milk they were used one week expired, I asked let me take a picture, she didn't allow meI honestly request the owner of this business.To bring some changes.
