we waited over 45 minutes for each drink. spent 4 hours there and only served 3 times. food took over a hour to come to the table. i had to walk up to the bartender to ask to get our bill after trying to get it for over 30 minutes. servers billed everyone at the table for incorrect items. the staff brought us someone else's meal without even taking a second to ask if it was ours and walked away TWICE. had to flag them down to tell them no one ordered tacos. overall good food but really bad service unfortunately.

They need to have a proper hostess at the front door, especially when the main dining area is up the stairs where no one can see if people walk-in. It was our first time eating here and we waited for a few minute's before someone happen to walk by to assist us. They also need to train the servers better.... it took forever for the server to take our order and she never checked in on us. We tried to get all the other servers attention so somebody can bring our server to us, but they seem to purposely avoid eye contact to avoid helping us. We were able to order after 30-40 mins of waiting. When we were able to order, it took about an hour for our food to come out.... Our server was a bit forgetful as well. We were there from 630pm till 920pm just because service was so slow. I understand that they are busy.... perhaps stop taking in tables if you can't handle the volume. The food was cooked well but there was a lack in seasoning. It seems like they don't know what salt is. One of the worst customer services I've ever had. Of course, give it a try if you don't mind being ignored. We also sat near the bar, it seems like the bartender was the only one working, he was pumping out drinks non-stop. We got our drinks in a timely matter when we were able to finally order. The 1 star is for the bartender only. The decor was fun. The bartender and decor was the only thing that gave this place any stars.

Absolutely amazing experience at Cantaritos Mexican Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned — every bite tasted authentic and made with love. The portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is lively and colorful, with great music and a real Mexican vibe. If you’re looking for delicious Mexican food with great service and a fun environment, Cantaritos is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend the fajitas and, of course, the cantarito drink — it’s a must-try! 🌮🍹🇲🇽

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We called at 8:30 PM to make a reservation for four people and then called back within five minutes to change it to six people. The person who answered mentioned there would be a 30-minute wait for a table of six but did not put us on the waiting list.
When we arrived at 8:30 PM, the server told us there was no table ready for 6 and that we would have to wait another 30–35 minutes. She also mentioned she wasn’t sure why the person who took our call hadn’t added us to the waitlist for a table for 6.
After waiting 35 minutes, we checked in again and were told there was still no table available and that we’d have to wait another 20 minutes. By this point, it was extremely frustrating since we had already waited patiently expecting the table to be ready.
In total, we waited for over an hour and a half and still never got a table. When I asked to speak to the manager, the server said there was no manager available, which was surprising to hear on a busy Friday night.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing — poor communication, lack of organization, and no accountability or apology for the inconvenience. Definitely not the kind of service you expect when dining out.
