Of course, it could be better, but you can still have a good time here. The casino offers a decent variety of games, including slots, roulette, poker, and other entertainment options. The graphics and design are at a good level, and the interface is user-friendly and intuitive. Payouts are processed without delays, but it would be nice to have more withdrawal options. The bonus program is interesting, though the wagering requirements could be more lenient. Overall, this casino is a good place to relax and try your luck, but don’t expect a flawless experience

It was very expensive for a casino bar.

Just terrible. Their staff is arrogant. Came in for a few drinks while staying at Delta hotels. Not sure if casino is part of it. Will check that and if so advise Marriott to cancel them out.
Do not go there for a drink. There are better places. For sure made my one evening in vancouver unpleasand by attitude of the staff there.

The server, Jordana provides wonderful service. She is efficient, pleasant, and extremely polite. She remembers what drink I ordered and was fast to serve another one. She is patient. She makes the atmosphere wonderful! Many thumbs up to her! Jordana is wonderful!

The worst dish and chips ever: half tablespoon of coleslaw, with cold fries, and 2 popcorn pieces of fish. My chicken sandwich was like has been falling apart. Great casino but terrible food options, except the expensive Atlas. Go for fun but avoid the food.

Good vibes

Our family went in for food and drinks. We had some wings that were very bad. Dry, small, not fresh ALL wrong. Ate 2 then asked to send back to kitchen politely. Server smirked and rudely asked “what’s wrong with them?” We described them , still rude and zero effort to remedy or offer an apology. Probably another young girl in a father less home, just no class.

If you're planning on going here for drinks - WATCH YOURSELF!!! The Grand Villa Casino Security is inconsistent & incompetent in doing a decent job. They assume, jump to conclusions, treat patrons very badly, & act like they are police following the code blue all united as one & it doesn't matter who you talk to - to make a complaint as they don't want to hear it or deal with anything appropriately. The police should start to patrol this venue often to investigate BC Liquor violations in following Serving It Right standards. They over serve patrons, do not have socially responsible signs posted at their bars, let intoxicated crazy characters hang around, if it's not directing intoxicated patrons to leave responsibly and ensure they do, they will treat you like sh*t if you're a little buzzed & will ban you for 6 months based on "how they feel" & what their "mood" is like. If they aren't under regulating or over regulating their patrons they're nowhere to be found when crazy drunk people are stalking, harassing, or getting in your face and chasing after you. Security chooses to listen, favor, & take the side of all the bad guys as opposed to the really good decent people. Security here doesn't want to investigate any complaints. They have a go away closed door attitude & won't care how they treat you. That includes the security supervisors. They don't & won't do anything to investigate serious complaints, instead the security manager will tell you to speak to BCLC. BCLC will tell you, "No, talk to the security at the casino. The security team here does not have dignity or respect. I do not recommend going here for drinks. It's a total sh*t show & security can't be trusted as they're all shifty & shady.

Staff were not there to serve us. As the only patrons there they refused to seat us in front of the screen due to reservations that clearly were for the evening and we were there for a midday hockey playoff game. Spending $100s of dollars. They ignored us and didn't tell us the shot policy until after we had been served tequila shots. The staff were busy having cake at the bar . The experience was horrible I talked to numerous managers and were willing to compensate after we paid ofcourse. We were not offered gift cards. This is my second review as my other one may have been deleted. I included photos of the empty restaurant and photos of staff eating cake at the bar. I've spent over 15 yrs on the industry and this by far was the worst experience I even tried to email the GM and still ignored. Needless to say we go to the casino regularly and we will not go back here due to lack of rectifying such a terrible experience.

We were originally going to go to Atlas.Then saw signs they had a Buffett. We should have went to Atlas. The only good thing I had was the soup . My wife had said to me you may not like the menu, but I saw that they had beef stroganoff, so that’s why we paid to go on. Their ‘beef stroganoff ‘ actually resembled closer to diarrhoea. When I think beef stroganoff, I think, mushrooms, onions, in Pasta. No, this was just a pan of mush. And I never picked any fish for some reason the meat from the carving station kept giving me the taste of fish . But at least we had some entertainment because there was this worker there that yelled at two different coworkers, right in front of my wife and I.” you are not my boss, so quit treating me like you are.!” In very short time later, we got to watch her manager chew her out right at the cashier stand. Then she promptly grabbed her bag from the stand, and marched into the kitchen The dessert table (if you can call it that) what is the bulls? Pathetic attempt at a desert stand. Two different cakes, cinnamon, donut balls, and a tiny little plate fruit to choose from. There was an ice cream maker. Definitely not worth $33 per person
