Typical Char time. The service was fast. Waited for 3 mins then got my drink
Service was horrendous
If you want side eye from the staff, this place is for you.
Sad thing was, I was with Asians and they also said their experience was embarrassing.
That said they have specials and you can save a little from that.
Paying by card? Order through the machine or they will impolitely tell you to go there.
wow, that was absolutely disgusting
i've had my fair share of mediocre bubble tea before but *this* was extraordinary. i'm actually impressed.
we ordered two brown sugar bubble teas, a choice, i thought, you can never go wrong with, but now i know
i don't even know how to describe what was wrong with the taste, i feel sick
i threw it away after a few sips, i just couldn't bare it
it was so expensive too, 8$ per one disgusting little boba
Terrible experience went today around 3:45 PM. They completely messed up our order and when I tried to explain the stuff member he grab my drink right away from my hand and pulled my arm with very aggressive attitude and try to hand me the wrong one on top of that. It took forever to get our drinks. Definitely not going back…!
Extremely rude service. He mixed up our orders, and when I tried to explain, he grabbed my friend’s drink and tried to give me the wrong one. It also took way too long to prepare. This happened today around 3:45 pm.
Good bubble tea spot in burnaby. Drinks are made quite quickly and the juices are good too.
Drinks are good but macaroons horrible they are so cold, hard , tiny and overpriced
Sakura lychee juice with pearls. Not bad. Refreshing on a hot day.
This location is clean, bright with friendly service as well as a few tables and chairs. Was not too busy on a Saturday mid-day. Would definitely return!
good selection of bubble teas and milk teas. You can choose the level of ice and amount of sugar. I had the green tea with coconut jelly.
- good service.
nice clean place with plenty of seating

There's usually people in the store when I've walked by, so I thought I'd give it a try. I got peach tea, and it was okay, but nothing exciting. If I go back, I'll try a milk tea.
Cha time is normally very sweet, I did minimum sugar and it was still kind of sweet. The service was good though and I like the that the place is very spacey
Had a fantastic experience today. Staff was friendly took extra effort to make sure I get a good experience with the drink ( reminded me that zero sugar doesn’t work well on the drink I had, definitely appreciate the effort :) )
I said to the worker “Hi, can I please get a brown sugar milk tea?” She said “ok, what size?” “Regular” and then she put in large. I saw it on the screen and corrected her that it was a regular but she didn’t listen and then she just kept it. Then I said, “ no sea salt crema please.” And then she made it “sea salt crema brown sugar pearl milk tea” and the she asked me if I wanted any extra toppings I said no. When it came out, it was what was on the screen. Large, WITH sea salt crema, BUT NO PEARLS?! And for some reason she was wearing her hat backwards. She might be a new worker but don’t have selective hearing. My sister ordered and got exactly what she wanted. Mall the other times with the other workers had the correct order except for this one😡.
Got a matcha milk tea today and unfortunately the reviews here hold true. I have tried milk tea from several places but this was the most watered down milk tea I ever had. The pearls tasted fine but when the ice melted, the already watered down milk tea got even more watery, to the point I couldn’t drink it anymore. Definitely not worth my 7 bucks :(
