This location is clean, bright with friendly service as well as a few tables and chairs. Was not too busy on a Saturday mid-day. Would definitely return!

good selection of bubble teas and milk teas. You can choose the level of ice and amount of sugar. I had the green tea with coconut jelly.

There's usually people in the store when I've walked by, so I thought I'd give it a try. I got peach tea, and it was okay, but nothing exciting. If I go back, I'll try a milk tea.

Cha time is normally very sweet, I did minimum sugar and it was still kind of sweet. The service was good though and I like the that the place is very spacey

Had a fantastic experience today. Staff was friendly took extra effort to make sure I get a good experience with the drink ( reminded me that zero sugar doesn’t work well on the drink I had, definitely appreciate the effort :) )

I said to the worker “Hi, can I please get a brown sugar milk tea?” She said “ok, what size?” “Regular” and then she put in large. I saw it on the screen and corrected her that it was a regular but she didn’t listen and then she just kept it. Then I said, “ no sea salt crema please.” And then she made it “sea salt crema brown sugar pearl milk tea” and the she asked me if I wanted any extra toppings I said no. When it came out, it was what was on the screen. Large, WITH sea salt crema, BUT NO PEARLS?! And for some reason she was wearing her hat backwards. She might be a new worker but don’t have selective hearing. My sister ordered and got exactly what she wanted. Mall the other times with the other workers had the correct order except for this one😡.

Got a matcha milk tea today and unfortunately the reviews here hold true. I have tried milk tea from several places but this was the most watered down milk tea I ever had. The pearls tasted fine but when the ice melted, the already watered down milk tea got even more watery, to the point I couldn’t drink it anymore. Definitely not worth my 7 bucks :(
I ordered 2 Grass Jelly Roasted Milk tea through DoorDash. Neither had sugar and one looked and tasted like they used water. Just disgusting!!

UPDATE [Aug 29,2024] : The Manager / Owner , Hugh reached out to me . Hugh seems to be very sensible person . He collected all the information and acted on it and assured staffs will be re trained on customer service. They gave me a refund for the affected drinks. This gives me a hope that they might not kill the experience for another customer next time. I understand how google reviews affect business. Based on Hugh's response and action , I am updating the rating to 3 starts from 1.
[ORIGINAL REVIEW , AUG 25 ] : Service is way below average! They messed up 2 out of my 4 orders.
They missed out on an add on for me in my drink, despite taking the order correctly and confirming on it. I realized something was off right after I took a sip of the drink outside the store. I went back and informed the staff that it appears that they missed an add on in my drink.
I got no response.Customer service is simply unacceptable! One of the girls just took my drink , transferred to another cup, put the missing add on, giggled something in their language and put the cup in front of me. No apology/ acknowledgment, nothing! Very rude staff.
This time they missed adding ice. Which when I pointed out, I got a stare from one of the girls and she said it is there. I could not stand this attitude and decided to just leave the store. I stepped out and opened the drink and there was no ice !
The second instance is I ordered for a mango smoothie for my daughter and they gave her a mango slushie!
Staffs are rude and kills the experience of going to this store again!
