UPDATE [Aug 29,2024] : The Manager / Owner , Hugh reached out to me . Hugh seems to be very sensible person . He collected all the information and acted on it and assured staffs will be re trained on customer service. They gave me a refund for the affected drinks. This gives me a hope that they might not kill the experience for another customer next time. I understand how google reviews affect business. Super nice and friendly staff. Whenever I go to this cha time with my daughter in her stroller, without fail, one of the employees will open the door for me when I leave. It’s a small gesture but I can’t say enough how much I appreciate it.

I came here before when it was ZenQ and I believe the same owner operates the current Chatime. I've only have the best drinks here and on top of that, the owner has always been kind, patient, and helpful. All the staff are very kind, too. I hope their business thrives!
