I was just inquiring about the daily offer and if there was a possibility for substitution and all that the person wanted is just complete the transaction. And repeating the amount over and over like a robot.
Please train your employees to be humans and treat people like humans as well

I usually don't write negative reviws but this place was just too disappointing. Horrible customer service. The girl messed up my drink three times, and each time, she would reuse the old drink she messed up with to fix it. She didn't even apologize or own up to her mistakes and rather looked annoyed that I pointed out that it's the wrong drink. The least she could have done is just re-made the drink with new ingredients and apologized. Horrible customer service wow. Not worth the $7 I paid.

Ordered QQ Lychee, watched the staff made this drink with syrup + water, which I'm fine with, BUT it tasted awfu! It tasted like bad tap water or water that went through dirty filter, had a bit of pool water taste too. I was super thirsty so I still drank 1/4 cup, then I threw it away.

Like how you can modify sugar and ice levels.
QQ is the usual go to, with grass jelly instead of pearls, real refreshing in the summer. Less fattening I hope lol

Ordered a very mango slush and noticed the employees making it kept looking at the mango chunks and talking to each other in Mandarin. It looks like one of the workers was inquiring to their co-worker about it but they just decided to go ahead and make it without really caring if it was spoiled. I found that interaction suspicious and to my surprise I was right, the mango chunks were indeed old and not edible at all. I knew the taste was off as soon as I ate it since it was way too mushy so I took a piece out and it was brown meaning the mango chunks had rotten. I contacted chatime customer support the same day of purchase and it says they reply within 10 business days. However, is been over a month since the incident and all I got is dead silence. I have both proof of purchase and pictures of the mango being brown and gone bad but no reply. I had gotten sick from consuming just a few sips fortunately I threw away the drink otherwise I would have probably ended up with a bad case of food poisoning. However, the lack of reply and accountability of Chatime has soured my experience with ever going back there as someone who used to buy it once a week for $10 each time I expected at least something edible and if the employees knew something was up they should of spoken up and asked to change my order. And still waiting for a reply for customer service but got nothing.

The register attention was horrible, the worse service I’ve ever received in a chatime
I ordered a mango smoothie and explicitly requested no sugar. Instead, they blended a few pieces of mango with an excessive amount of ice, water, and sugar. When I refused the drink, pointing out that it was just ice and water, they rudely insisted that this was how a smoothie is made. To make matters worse, they denied my refund request and displayed an appalling lack of professionalism. This establishment is a disgrace, with staff that is not only incompetent but also incredibly rude. Avoid this place at all costs.

Chatime is a chain located within the Tables food court and serves bubble tea and other fruit beverages. I ordered the pearl milk tea and it was very typical with less milk flavour and more tea flavour. Service was ok but they didn’t provide a straw for my drink and I had to reach over to grab it. Lots of tables and seatsnearby to drink your beverage on.
