'no ice' option should be called 'fill 30% with water'. $8 drink should not be made that way. if someone doesn't want ice give them less product but don't ruin the drink by filling with water to the very top

I love roasted milk tea at chatime. However, this time I was disappointed. I didn’t get boba but there was something in my drink, I thought it was some tea-leaf but turned out it was a BUG. Very disgusting.

Chatime Brentwood is hands down my favourite bubble tea location to visit. The staff here are always friendly, efficient, and provide great service every time we visit. Today, Steve helped us with a large order, and he was incredibly courteous and detail-oriented, making sure everything was perfect.
I’m so glad we chose this location as our go-to spot for quality bubble tea in Burnaby. The drinks are always fresh, consistent, and delicious. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great bubble tea and even better service!
Customer service was great. Pregnant wife wanted some bubble tea, but the lady was like u shouldnt have any cuz its got caffeine, and we were like a lil bit is ok and then she went over all the tea options with us and we chose sth with the least caffeine. We had the mango tango it was great.

Went by today, picked a fruit tea, asked for less sugar I was told they cannot do that for the peachy&lychee drink? It has to be min %50 which does not make any sense at all. I ended up getting up but its so sugary cant drink it but I recall clearly I had ordered that with less sugar at Metro location a few times before so I ;went on the website to see if I can order it with less sugar and I most certainly can. Called the store; no explanation was just told oh we cannot but the website allows all the options.. Like the person preparing it measures and adds the sugar in no? I don't understand why they cannot do as requested it seems easily doable to me. Now my drink is garbage. To be honest I wouldn't event care as much if there was a logical explanation but there isn't.

Typical food court service just with unexperienced and unprofessional staff at front counter. It was the only boba/bubble tea option kind of decent. Nothing fancy. If one still is training or don't like people they should be making the drinks and not at till or counter in my opinion
