Would have given 0 stars if possible.
Ordered in advance and still waiting for 45 minutes as they started preparing when I arrived. No honesty or transparency. Not recommended at all

Ordered a braise porkhock omg they shouldn't advertise it as Hock
Hock has good fat and meat on it. What theyre serving Is pork hoof 😂just bones and skins awful taste must have been in the fridge for so long! And it was cold. 3 that was just sad eating pork nail bones and skin the worst I had in my life. The cook and the servers must be miserable cooking and serving food like that. Just trash. I wish I can do a refund.

Just ok. Nothing special. The taste/quality does not match the price
As students at SFU, me and my friend come here every Wednesday to eat during our break. The server is always very welcoming and kind. We get the beef noodle soup (which is always very tasty), and the portion is decent for the price. Also, the soup is drink-from-bowl worthy! Definitely continuing the usual Wednesday here.

Waited 10 minutes for 2 drinks. The server dn't apply the buy one get second one 50percent off until we reminded her. Also, she forgot to add pearls and the drinks taste really bad

Our group arrived in the restaurant on a Sunday morning and there might have been just two other people there. It felt like there was only one waitress and two cooks. The waitress was clearly overwhelmed. Seemed like there was a large amount of takeout activity going on at the same time.
So it took some time for her to juggle in service for us among her other demands. I ordered the mango yogurt BOGO offer but unfortunately it did not come until long after we were finished our food.
I enjoyed my beef wrap, although it had little beef, I found the shredded cucumber refreshing and a nice change from what other restaurants serve. It was delicious. The premium beef shank noodle had a watery broth and the noodles weren’t chewy enough, and the beef was great but spare. I did love the cilantro, which was optional.
When the mango yogurt drink finally came, it was tasty but too sweet. She did listen to my request for less ice. Unfortunately I was too full to drink it so I took it home.
We would still return here, despite the issues.

Food was tasty and fast! Service was very pleasant. Not sure why they have previously lots of bad reviews. Come for happy hour for great value on noodles.

$20 for 3 pieces of meat.

One star is for food, about 70 points
Another star is for the waiter, there is only one person outside
What does your boss do? The outfield is so busy and only one person can be left?
In the field, you need to serve food, close the order, pay the bill, package, make milk tea, and deal with POS issues.
How can one person be enough?

Waited forever to get seated, server doesn't even have an eye contact, never experienced such kind of 'service', sadly can't give 0 star, even 1 star is overrated

The beef noodles taste too meaty, the beef is not handled well, and the hygiene of the utensils is worrisome.
