Typical Yunnan-Guizhou flavor, his beef noodles are top-notch. The beef was soft and rotten, 5 big pieces. If you like sourness, there is also beef noodles in sour soup. Her sour soup is not vinegar, it is Guizhou’s unique sour soup. Cheap and good quality, the best noodles in Regent Plaza. Worth recommending.

There were two or three pieces of meat in total. After eating, I found that there were red beans underneath.
The noodles are becoming less delicious every day, and the price has also increased.
The aunt at the front desk has such a bad attitude
I would rather go to Guizhou to eat than eat at his place

Dietary restrictions: We ordered a veggie and mushroom wonton noodle soup, but received a pork wonton soup instead. The manager, Nissa, argued with us about our order and did not offer any assistance to resolve the issue. Their attitude was dismissive, showing a lack of concern for customer service and reliability.
We won’t recommend for anyone to eat here

I miss the Guizhou flavor very much, but I heard that there is only one Guizhou flavor in Vancouver, so I came here to taste it, but the experience did not meet my expectations. I ordered the fat intestine rice noodles, the fat intestine and dried tofu were both good. But the sour taste of the soup base is not very authentic, more like the taste of Tom Yum Kung base, which is not what I tasted in Guizhou.
The beef noodle soup was a bit salty but overall the taste was okay. The service could definitely use some help though. The person that took our order had an AirPod in one ear and gave us an attitude. He purposely spoke in a way that he didn’t want us to hear him so we had to readily ask what he said to clarify. When we asked a question about the menu, he just tapped on the menu instead of answering us. The entire time he didn’t bother making eye contact with us.

I ordered fat rice rolls with sour soup and fat beef. When they were given to me, they were fat beef with sour soup. The cashier also told me what time it was and it was beef rice rolls with sour soup. Would you not know what you ordered when you eat at this place? This store is quite shameless.

I ordered sour rice noodles, which were extremely spicy. The boss lady kindly reminded them that the spiciness was spicier than normal and suggested medium spiciness. But it turned out to be very spicy or not very spicy Overall it’s still delicious

The service is always bad - the lady is always unfriendly, some times quite rude. Food was ok a year ago, but getting worse and worse now. If you don’ want your day being ruined by a meal, avoid them
