The chicken had little to no sauce/flavor, I got the wrong fries, and had to wait a long time even after ordering ahead online.

The chicken and service can’t be beat! Always friendly faces behind the counter. There’s only two tables so not much of a sit down spot. But it was still clean and well maintained.

As a Korean, I seriously need to eat Yangnyeom chicken regularly—you know what I mean? :)
I know Chicko Chicken’s Yangnyeom chicken is actually pretty close to the traditional sweet-style Yangnyeom, but honestly… the quality really depends on each store.
That’s why I’m so happy I found this good Chicko location!

The staff and owner were super kind, and the chicken tasted SO good 👍
I even live near Metrotown, but I honestly don’t mind spending extra time to come to this branch instead of going to others.

Great service delicious food, The building is a little dull but the llamas and the teddy bear make it a little better, wait time was a little long over all pretty good place.

The guy turned us around at 8:45 pm saying the restaurant is closed when it is supposed to close at 9 pm.
Please edit the timings to 8:45 pm if cannot serve customers.

Chicken was hardly seasoned today (which defeats the whole object of this style of food). Wasn’t happy as I’m a regular so called in to explain. Just an apology nothing else, not good enough. Waste of $28.5

This fried chicken restaurant is a delicious paradise! Each piece of fried chicken is crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, the heat is just right, the skin is golden and crisp, and the gravy inside is tender and juicy. The seasoning is very delicious, neither too salty, nor will cover up the delicious chicken itself. Whether it is plain or various flavors of spices, the flavor is very unique, and each bite is memorable. The service in the store is also particularly intimate, the staff are warm and friendly, and the environment is clean and comfortable. This is definitely the best fried chicken place I have ever eaten, highly recommend!
