We got their original and soy chicken flavour, half and half.

Starting off with the chicken, I enjoyed how crispy it was on outside and juicy on the inside. This is a must for all good friend chicken joints.

Next would be marinade and flavour. I don't think there's a huge difference between this one and other Korean Fried Chicken places I've tried, it still had enough flavour. Not much else to say here

Price wise, it's okay. I wouldn't call them cheap or absurdly priced, it's normal.

The service was friendly and our order was served in around 15min which is good considering they prepare it per order.

Overall, 4/5. Good Korean Fried Chicken Joint in you're in the area and mood for some of that juicy chicken or snow cheese fries action.

I ordered half n half honey butter and soy garlic. It slaps! Honey butter just tastes like the Korean snack honey butter chips. Omg I love it. And the chickens are in great portion too. Only $28.25!

Is this a joke? Ordered DoorDash (usually box is relatively full) - this is what we got! Barely full - hardly any chicken and tons of sauce-and there was a hair!!!!!!! 😱🤢

I’ve ordered from various Chicko Chicken locations in Burnaby for years, but the quality and taste have been inconsistent. The Yangnyeom chicken I received recently barely tasted marinated—it felt more like plain fried chicken with sauce on top. It also had a strong, unpleasant poultry smell many times, which made it difficult to enjoy.

They sent Pepsi even though the menu listed Coca-Cola as the default, and cutlery was missing despite my request multiple times.

Metrotown was the first location I tried. They didn’t forget the cutlery, and the taste was decent compared to other Burnaby locations—but this time, it was overly salty.

I’ll give this location a few more tries and update my review. Hoping to see some improvements.

Fresh and not too dry!
Recommend order first before you come in because they make it fresh!!!

I came to try this location after trying the Coquitlam location, which was amazing, but was very let down. I ordered the onion chicken and asked for the onion on the side, which the cashier repeated back to me, and my the chicken was not on the side. I also ordered shake shake fries but got regular fries instead. They have a note posted about how if your order is wrong, they’ll make you a free one. Seems they’re getting enough orders wrong to have to put that kind of sign up. The place wasn’t busy, so I can’t really make that excuse for them either.

Worst meal and customer service I've had in years.
Fries had a clump of dusty hair in them. Boneless chicken had a piece of plastic or a feather or something in them. The meat was incredibly dark and saturated in a foul oil. Besides the sweetness of the sauce the flavour was not good at all. I started feeling sick so I threw away half the meal. The meal was also made about 15 minutes too early according to the website instructions and so it got cold much faster than it should.
The next day I called and told them. They asked me a whole series of questions like I was being interviewed and was eventually texted by the manager who requested pictures, and on and on. I provided everything and then was offered a free fries.... after spending more than $30 there for contaminated food? It cost $30 of my time too, like it was my responsibility to run their quality control by providing all sorts of details and pictures... And then to be offered fries is truly incredible as if I'd ever eat at that horrible place again in my life.
I'm just totally in shock, and I'm not really one to complain. Look at my other reviews...

Lack of customer service, wanted to taste the level of spicy of one of their sauces…. Lady at the tilt denied me from having a taste with a spoon or a plastic lid to try it…
