Portions are super small here, I got the smallest quesadillas I’ve ever seen. Plus the food tends to lack salt. Definitely never coming back to this location.

Horrible experience while ordering
The employees gave me looks while ordering (I purchased 4 burritos) and because they were all different I needed extra labels to know which ones were it.
They just used numbers to label each 4 of them and when I kindly asked for clarification they answered vaguely, luckily I still guessed them right. It was a sad experience because I traveled like 30 minutes to come here for something nice for me and my family to eat, and I came home with poorly wrapped burritos that ended up spilling in my legs (Edit: now that I remember, they forgot the second wrap!) and with a bad sensation in my chest.
I have had good experiences and the portions are always great, but why make something already nerve-wrecking like making a relatively long order much worse and stressful??
I expect better next time

Food was truly disappointing today. This will be my last time visiting the restaurant. Ordering the tacos is pointless, the amount of protein is very small.

It likely would have been faster for me to place an online order while waiting in the lineup inside, than the time it took to wait and order my food. There were 6 people working, but only 1 person who was filling orders. The lineup inside was very long. There seemed to be two dedicated person to skip the dishes, which went way faster than the actual in person line. So it's a trade-off between having better skip the dishes/door dash reviews vs in person reviews and service. I feel bad for the 10-15 people behind me and how long they had to wait. In terms of food quality, it was good. Not exceptional in taste, but fresh as there were several cooks replenishing items. The workers seemed nice and were polite. But overall not run efficiently as one person was always on the till, who could have been making food as well.

It was busy but for good reason, the food is consistent as always. A great comfort food. I like to get chicken burrito bowls, it is a massive portion and it never disappoints.

Left more than a bitter taste. After patiently waiting over 10 minutes (was told to wait 5) for steak to come out, I got the receipt and noticed I was overcharged. I asked them why and they said they got the wrong order. How? It's Chipotle and you choose what you want. Not to mention it was the smallest burrito I had seen at any other location. Instead of simply giving back the difference, they didn't do a thing and they took the burrito back. I had no choice but to get a refund and leave with nothing. What a disappointing experience. Good thing it wasn't one of my mystery shopping days.

If you order for pickup, they will skimp out on the meat portions big time.
Was pretty good but not filling and considering what I paid wasn't a good value. I did notice inconsistencies some people got lucky and got bigger portions. I ordered their new promotion steak with special sauce bowl. Sauce was good but unfortunately I was still hungry after paying $23 for entree and Coke.

A solid location to put a Chipotle, high traffic area which means that the service you get is quite underwhelming (if you're ordering online).
Portion wise, they tend to always be on the lighter side (even when asking for extra) but the people are friendly and helpful.
Overall though, the flavour is there, the cooks are doing a great job and the seasoning is always on point.

The food was clearly not fresh - the chicken was extremely dry, as if it had been sitting out for hours. On top of that, the portions were tiny. It felt like they were serving kids’ meals instead of regular entrées. We go to Chipotle expecting a filling meal, but this location only gives you half portions. Very disappointing experience overall.

I went to buy some bags of chips and 3 large guac , as soon as I got there i could not stand because of smell and I decide not to eat there due to smell. I took food to food court and there was no salt on the chips and half cooked chips . There quality getting worse day by day.
