Tried the Softitas bowl for the first time. I think its a plant based protein / tofu and I liked it. I always get the veggie bowl otherwise. Really like the bowls here.

I recently visited Chipotle, and the experience left much to be desired. It felt chaotic with everyone rushing around, resulting in orders being hurriedly prepared and instructions not properly followed.I would recommend that the staff slow down and take the time to politely inquire about each customer's preferences.The rushed service led to mistakes in my meal, highlighting the need for improvement in their approach to customer service.Overall, it detracted from the enjoyment of the meal and left me feeling dissatisfied.
