First time trying Chipotle and I’m honestly loving it. The guy there guided me through how everything works super polite and helpful, which made the experience even better.

I was also surprised by the large portion size, and the food tasted great. Definitely a place I’d recommend, especially if it’s your first time!

I’ve always ordered on the app and asked for extra everything that’s free. The portion is massive everytime. Maybe other people’s bad experiences are dine-in, but I can say take-out ordered on the app has been excellent. I’ve literally watched the workers make it and they pack it fully. I would say that the protein portion isn’t huge and they should definitely add more.

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years, and it has always been one of my favorite spots for a quick, semi healthy meal. I usually order online, pick up, and the portions have always been consistent. Unfortunately, I’m seeing a noticeable decline in quality, especially with the online orders.

Yesterday, both my wife and I ordered chicken bowls. I’m not exaggerating when I say there were maybe two or three tiny pieces of chicken in each bowl. If it was just mine, I would have assumed it was a one off mistake. But the same preparer did the exact same thing to my wife’s bowl, which makes it hard to see this as anything other than intentional portion cutting. And this isn’t the first time. The last time we ordered, we had the same issue but brushed it off as a possible mistake or a new portion guideline.

This time it was unacceptable. It was barely a tablespoon of chicken. We came here for a quick and satisfying dinner, and it ended up being a disappointing experience. Chipotle did issue us two free entrées after we submitted a complaint through the app, which we appreciate. But the real concern is that this location seems to be lowering its standards, and that’s why I’m writing this review.

Please fix this. Customers deserve the value they’re paying for, especially those of us who rely on the protein content and portions we expect. If this is a cost cutting tactic, it will backfire. Saving money by shorting a scoop of chicken is not worth losing loyal customers.

Frequent visitor as i live upstairs and i ordered uber pickup.

Waited a bit because went there too early but my order had wrong label so i ask the worker to double check if it's my order.

They made sure my order was correct and went home. Upon opening my burrito bowl, i was missing half chicken on my order. I called and they said will remake mine and i asked when i got to the store to just give me the chicken they missed out.

Turns out they remade my entire order and apologized sincerely. I wasn't expecting such geniune manner.

I am greatful for fast and proper corrective action from male and female workers who worked at takeout section on Nov 4th 7:30PM.

I ordered online, not all the ingredients were in my bowl. Everything was cold as ice, and not to forget those rice balls.
This is ridiculous.

was genuinely surprised to wait in line for 10 minutes while the staff chatted with their friends instead of taking orders. With all due respect, I didn't stand in line to overhear conversations about mutual funds, I was simply there to place an order. In addition to that I have never seen more disgusting looking food , it was so old!

Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression of this location.

First time getting chipotle , I thought it was alright , there was not enough meat in the bowl, and I wish there was a bit more flavor throughout the dish or more seasoning. I did really like the guac though, the guac was really good and had a good complexity of flavor to it. Other than that I thought it was fine , it's very filling for the 15 ish dollar portions you pay for.

chipotle is the goat when it comes to burritos and burrito bowls. the chicken and rice are super flavorful and the toppings are fresh. i like to ask for extra toppings and staff always help with that.

They're sliding man, gotta present the 'protein' better. The meat looks either dry, tastes too salty or is swimming in some oily looking unappealing juice. Much the same for the rice and veggies.
