Ordered delivery and I received very old food and they forgot a wrap, when I called they were sure the food is fresh so I had to take a taxi to the restaurant and back home while paying for delivery as well and it’s extra charges. Big time waste of money. When I went to confront them… they argued and disrespected me by swearing at me in their language with coworkers and talking bad about me since they didn’t know I understood everything and it is unacceptable. Shivam is his name. His sister Simran started crying when I insisted to complain to the manager about him. I don’t understand why you’d work with siblings if you’re that sensitive? Definitely never going back to endure such horrible insensitive employees who think they can mistreat guest and who don’t take accountability for the mistakes whatsoever. 0 stars is what they deserve.

I ordered fried chicken from skip and this is what they sent me soggy unhygienic fried chicken. It is definitely not fresh at all, looks like this was fried 5 hours ago and they microwaved and send it to me. So bad you should be ashamed sending for sending this and I paid $19 plus tax for this crap

The manager, she’s not polite also she give me a cold tender . They don’t care about the customer. I hope the franchise take this comment really seriously or manage that location so bad thank you what are you provide to The customer Is very important otherwise you will lose your business.
Wanted to grab some late night food, staff completely ignored your existence despite being by the front. I don't know what kind of training they get, but it is pretty god awful.

Service was okay, very unhygienic food handling practices. Workers touching their nose and then my food. The chicken wasn't fresh at this location, mainly because they just precook the chicken and let it sit there for a long time. This caused the chicken to taste dry and cold. I'm very unimpressed with this locations food standards, the food I was served was only edible. However, the chicken was not seasoned. The fries were more flavorful than the chicken itself.

The staff is horrible with service. I went in there to pick up a delivery, i was standing there the longest, and she served everyone else but me. She did not apologize for it. She just looked at me and attempted to look away. Not impressed at all and her attitude was who cares. She should be fired.
