I had been visiting this Cobs regularly and always find good bread and service. Today I accidentally left my wallet there after purchase. Their team called me immediately and safe keep my wallet until I return. THANK YOU very much for saving me all the hassle to replace my cards, not to say potential identity theft that can arise should it be fallen into the wrong hands. Thank you Cobs team. I visited this Cobs this morning and was very happy with both the bread and the service. The bread was fresh, just out of the oven, and the staff were extremely friendly. The young lady at the counter kindly reminded me about the birthday offer I was eligible for and made sure I received a complimentary cinnamon roll.
Later, when my bread accidentally fell on the floor while I was leaving, the staff at the counter and the Baker came forward and insisted on giving me a new one, even though it wasn’t their fault. I truly appreciated that gesture.
Overall, the bread and baked goods are always excellent, and the staff are warm, supportive, and welcoming. I am a frequent visitor and will definitely keep coming back. Thank you for maintaining such good quality and service.

Rude cashiers and unprofessional cashiers I saw in this store they are lack of communication and I think is good train them how to communicate with customers well they were so impolite my suggestion to manager teach them communication they are like robot not human

I stopped by around 6 pm today and saw a small mouse behind the counter while waiting to choose some bread. I couldn’t bring myself to buy anything. So gross!!

One of the worst bakeries I ever been in my life.these guys know everything but except baking.i bought few breads and other stuff but sadly they were half baked.when I asked the owner he said nothing to wrong I guess he must be blind. They sell worst and unhealthy food for higher prices
