Friendly staff
I was at your store today with my friend. Unfortunately, there was a young Asian guy who looked very grumpy and untrained — he acted like he was the manager 😀. Luckily, there was a smiling girl with great communication skills; if she wasn’t there, I would’ve canceled my order. The guy didn’t treat customers well and didn’t seem to care much about hygiene, but the girl was really nice. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the guy’s attitude or professionalism.
Good experience
I recently tried their bubble tea for the first time through DoorDash, and it was pretty good! The drink itself wasn't too sweet, which I really appreciated, it had just the right balance of flavor. However, I found the pearls to be a little on the harder side. I was hoping for a bit more chewiness, as I think that would have really made the drink perfect. Overall, a solid first experience, but a little tweak to the texture of the boba would definitely take it to the next level!
Good bubble tea drinks in the heart of burnaby. Always hits good. The mango slush drinks are quite tasty and so are the avocado ones.
My daughter's favorite bubble tea place.
Good service
A piece of plastic was inside my bubble tea 🤮
This is the worst Coco I have ever been. They pay no efforts to seal the drinks and just let them spilt out all over. I ordered 4 drinks for my family but guess what happened? On my way driving home, around 10 min, 10% of jasmine milk tea was drunk by my vehicle.
Waited for 40 minutes for our drink order, got a poorly sealed bubble tea. Our car carpet is wet, and so is my dress.

Good
The store smells of bleach but tables are dirty.
Always love the grapefruit probiotic drink!👌
I’ve been to this CoCo many times, but today was really DISAPPOINTING. I ordered a Mango Green Tea, but I saw the staff only added a small amount of green tea, and the rest of the cup was filled with water.
This is the first time I’ve seen a bubble tea place do this, calling it “green tea” when only about one-third of the drink is actually tea, and the rest is just water.
Is this really CoCo’s standard recipe? Or is this how CoCo makes their drinks everywhere? If so, maybe it should just be called “Mango Water” instead.
At other bubble tea shops around Brentwood, the drink is always filled up with tea, NOT WATER. I’ve never experienced something like this before.
Love it! Great drinks! Awesome customer service
