I love coco. but the staff need better training. especially the new girl with brown hair. customers should at least feel comfortable, not awkward.
Ordered a taro slush with 100% sugar. The ice was not slush. It was poorly blended ice. Taste like milk with no taro flavor or sweetener. I took 2 sips and got rid of it.
Hey guys, get a new blender. Theres huge pieces of ice in the slush all the time. I don't wanna lose my teeth
The price is quite generous compared to other bubble tea places. Yet I prefer softer boba texture, what i had today was a bit chewier than my preference, but was still good!
Didn't get pearls for my drink and when I went back they were confident they did and won't check for me. I understand it's hard to check with the non transparent cup but still they don't trust the customer's word is upsetting :(

We ordered two drinks today. We specially asked for NO Sugar. But, when we received the drink it tasted like more than 100% sugar. We avoid added sugar for medical reasons but not for taste. These stores should understand that no sugar means no sugar. My parter got sick after having a few sips and she hade to take medication but still having high discomfort. I had to throw away the drink after a few sips. Please be honest with your service. Food service comes with high responsibilities. People's health and sometimes life depend on your service.
