Cupcakes at Metrotown

My organization had an event to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, I made a call to request 8 dozens afraid that they were going to ask for more time, but they were so helpful and kind and even offered to customize my order to fit our guest's dietary restrictions (which is a super plus for bakeries which do not often offer any options). I was surprise of how good the cupcakes were, and all the guests seemed to loved them too! I thought quantity would compromise quality but it was definitely not the case as every single one was made with attention to detail and looked unreal! I wish I had more parties to make more orders, but 100% recommend for special events.

They change the toppings and ingredients on a month to month basis depending on what's cheapest so no two cupcakes will ever be consistent and they don't change their pictures. Talked to them about it they wouldn't give a refund and I'm not about to sue someone for fraud of 12 cupcakes but definitely just won't be ordering from them anymore. Poor quality high price poor customer service. ( Edit. The owner responded by saying I'm a "looser" for giving them a bad review then deleted it, they can't even spell. 😂)

Poorly managed, there's a reason this place has 3.9 stars buy some cupcakes frome Safeway or go to an actual mom and pop bakery if you want quality

i always come here for a sweet treat the kookoo and the red velvet are to die for they are fresh and moist excellent variety of flavors too

I've been making large cupcake orders from this place for a couple of years at least. The service is impeccable! The cupcakes are absolutely delicious! You'd think people would get sick of it after having this treat once/month for years, but it's still just as popular as the first day and the whole company looks forward to it!

This morning i went by to see what flavor they have, i wasn't planning to get anything but the biscoffee caught my eyes and the cupcake girl was so nice and pleasant so it sold me right away! Great customer service!

This is a go-to for delectable cupcakes! This is no ordinary cupcake! They are way above store-brought cupcakes. If they say its tiramisu or red velvet cupcakes— you will really taste the espresso or light cream cheese. Excellent service today Sept 13 around 5-6pm. I was trying to pick up mini cupcakes, the nice front counter lady helped me out since I want specific flavours like red velvet, tiramisu, vanilla and chocolate. Very helpful. I appreciate it!
