I recently visited this amazing coffee shop and had such a great experience! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff are super friendly, and the coffee is absolutely top quality. You can tell they care about what they do — every detail, from the cozy décor to the perfectly brewed drinks, is done with love. I also tried a pastry and it was fresh and delicious. This place is a hidden gem and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Incredible team at Cuppa Joe. Had the best coffee I've had in years, and watching the staff being experts at what they do is amazing. The coffee, wether it's just brewed or a specialty will give you the same quality and incredible taste. Will be coming here more often than not. Pretty affordable too!

I ordered an iced americano and unfortunately, it wasn’t my cup of tea. The customer service wasn’t great either. The only thing I liked was that the place was quiet

Love the chill vibe of this place!!! My vanilla latte was perfect .. warm friendly staff, soft jazz background & cool sustainable tabletops made of recycled chopsticks!! Nice shady patio too .. will definitely come more often!! ❤️❤️❤️

They asked us to leave the coffee earlier after we already ordered and paid. We had to go and seat outside in the mall!

If you're looking for a spot to grab a coffee and get some work done, I'd think twice. There are other coffee shops within a 5 minute walk that won't:

-Interrupt a work call to ask if you're going to buy a coffee. Yes, I'd love x, can I pay for it when this call is over?

-Have someone else interrupt you 5 minutes later to ask if you're going to buy a coffee. Yes, I'd like x, but I'm stuck on this call -- can you help me out with that please?

-Have the owner come over and tell you this not a restaurant and you can't just sit here using wifi. As I've told your staff, I was late for a call and couldn't wait at the counter to place an order.

Note, this wasn't my first time at CuppaJoe. I've been grabbing a coffee there at least once a week for the past few months.

At the end of the day it's a great way to lose a customer that lives nearby.

Best Italian style coffee in Burnaby, awesome breakfast wraps, vegeterian options available. Very friendly staff, calm atmosphere to work or have a casual meeting. We love this place 💕

What a bad customer service from the old lady try to smile or go home .

Great coffee, friendly efficient service, yummy muffins. And, y'know, is Not Starbucks.
Highly recommend, short walk from the Amazing Brentwood. Worth the stroll! A little gem.

This is for the branch they have at PHSA corporate office at 1795 - it's way over priced and low quality! If you can't afford the rent don't rent it, it's better for your reputation
