came in for a coffee with a friend, and so glad i did. lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, and the best mocha i’ve had in a long time. negin also made my entire day. i will pay the kindness forward and share the love :)

I genuinely felt bad for the employees during my visit. The atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable, the manager’s behaviour toward her staff seemed harsh and belittling, to the point where I wanted to hug the employees and tell them they deserve better.

The energy in the café felt toxic rather than welcoming, and I won’t be returning!

I’ve been here several times now. The food is great , the coffee is amazing and the atmosphere is relaxing. You should come here!

I used to love this cafe so much( at least once a week), the coffee is really good and the staff were always very nice. However, I visited yesterday and had a pretty bad experience with one of the (an unfamiliar face, maybe a new hire i m not sure). I ordered some drinks and went to grab a lid next to the coffee machine, but the barista wearing glasses and a mask told me to get the lid from behind instead of the stack that the staff were using. (I assume she didn’t want me to mess up “her setup.”) I was very confused by her attitude,why couldn’t I take a lid from the stack on the counter, which is clearly accessible to customers? The way she told me is a bit rude. I am really disappointed. The coffee quality is also downgrading. Tbh i wont revisited again.

I recently visited this amazing coffee shop and had such a great experience! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff are super friendly, and the coffee is absolutely top quality. You can tell they care about what they do — every detail, from the cozy décor to the perfectly brewed drinks, is done with love. I also tried a pastry and it was fresh and delicious. This place is a hidden gem and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Incredible team at Cuppa Joe. Had the best coffee I've had in years, and watching the staff being experts at what they do is amazing. The coffee, wether it's just brewed or a specialty will give you the same quality and incredible taste. Will be coming here more often than not. Pretty affordable too!

I ordered an iced americano and unfortunately, it wasn’t my cup of tea. The customer service wasn’t great either. The only thing I liked was that the place was quiet

Love the chill vibe of this place!!! My vanilla latte was perfect .. warm friendly staff, soft jazz background & cool sustainable tabletops made of recycled chopsticks!! Nice shady patio too .. will definitely come more often!! ❤️❤️❤️

They asked us to leave the coffee earlier after we already ordered and paid. We had to go and seat outside in the mall!
