I used to frequent the Dae-Ji in Coquitlam back in the day (and I've actually visited this one across from Metrotown a few times back in 2016). As with most people, I've gotten lazy over the years and decided to order take out in early October.I picked the hamburg steak and the pork cutlet with curry sauce. The lunch set is definitely a good deal. ~$20 for a fancy set! No wonder it is limited everyday and only available on weekdays. Had the same set before and everytime the side dishes are a little different. All the dishes are so delicious, especially the Katsu. Large portion and could not finish it.

To be honest I expect more since I’ve been seeming good reviews on my tik tok about this place. I got the beef bulgogi and it came with side dishes, rice and miso soup. My friends both go the sweet spicy chicken. The portions for each dish is enough for 1 person. I guess the atmosphere and the vibes I got from the staff wasn’t very exciting and made the place seem a bit boring. That’s just me though. Anyways if you want to have quick Korean food when you’re around Metrotown...
