Service was good! Greasy building, but honestly it's the price! I haven't been for awhile but I was shocked! 22$ for 4 chicken strips, fries and a small blizzard!? That's insane! For fake food? I went to a local pub earlier for a burger beer and fries, with a tip and it was STILL cheaper! For real food and supporting local business. I came for convenience late at night, but I think this is the final nail in the coffin for me with DQ. Bring back affordable pricing or give quality food for that price. You can have your icecream cake and eat it too.

Absolutely disgusting. I went to this DQ today and found hair in my ice cream. This is a basic food safety failure and completely unacceptable. I was so frustrated and grossed out that I couldn’t even finish it. This shows a serious lack of hygiene and care. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest management address this immediately. Hygiene issues like this should be taken seriously, not brushed off with automated replies.

Walking into the establishment, the environment was absolutely horrible. I waited 20 minutes for a poutine, with no one there, wanting to even attempt to serve me, then the poutine itself was absolutely horrible after my long weight of absolute silence in the restaurant and nothing but humming of the machines in the back, After eating, I felt deeply saddened and I have not been able to think about anything else, but my horrible experience there for the last 30 minutes I wouldn’t recommend never stepping foot in or near this establishment. (They are Indian)

My son loves the ice cream cake so, I ordered one thru the online app. The price quoted stated $37.99 When I went to pick it up, I was charged $42.99. I mention it to to the cashier and her supervisor says that the price went up and would not honour my email order. This is not the first time this has happened and unless they are sued, I suppose it will keep happening. Beware.
Absolutely amazing service at the Kensington Dairy Queen! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and warm hospitality. Both the lady and gentleman working there were extremely polite, respectful, and truly friendly. It’s rare to see this level of kindness and professionalism these days. Thank you so much for making my visit such a pleasant experience — you turned a simple ice cream stop into a wonderful memory!

I ordered the 6-piece chicken strip basket, which is supposed to include fries, yet I received barely ten fries — literally enough to count on both hands. The chicken strips themselves were overcooked, dry, and carried an unpleasant stale, almost sour flavour.

I stopped in after a miserable week for onion rings to take home. I was treated like a celebrity, everyone was friendly, kind and hand delivered me a hot bag with a more than generous order. Thank- you all you and my onions rings were fabulous.

Took my wife to get ice cream on the evening of August 19. The guy working the counter smelled HORRIBLE. I don’t understand how a grown adult can be serving food, and allow themselves to smell so disgusting. I will not be back there as long as he is working.
