My kids (teen and pre-teen) and I come here usually to buy a celebration log or cake. We come in, get the log/cake we want, pay, and leave. Based on the brief interactions, service is fine - we don't expect a red carpet :) They put writing on the cake when asked and they provide exact change if we pay by cash. They seem to work through the lines fairly quickly. Our 3 stars for service is not a bad thing - it meets our expectations for our needs. We've never had a bad ice cream so 5 stars for the logs/cakes. There's ample parking. We would go again to buy ice cream logs/cakes.

I don't come for here atmosphere. I come back for the triple mushroom swiss burger only, no combo. It's my go to excessive burger. Open wide! Pure gourmand fuel!Best to take it home because it's hard to handle in a tidy way.It's usually drenched in mushroom stuff and it should be eaten over a sink. You can't pick it up without getting messy. Delightful.Parking: It's in a shopping mall.Kid-friendliness: Ice cream fer gosh sake...Wheelchair accessibility: No step.

Good luck getting a hold of a manager or franchisee for this place. Contact corporate if you have any issues. The generic "contact us at" response you get when writing a Google review goes nowhere.Staff here for the most part are terrible. Place is overpriced and filthy.

Came here just to use the coupons sent to my house. Not much people when I arrive even it is lunch time. The coupon was a good deal that I can buy the dipped cone for 2 dollars. The cone is in shape and tastes good! Altho I saw the photos of cones posted by others and looks like their cones are bigger. But there's nth to complain with this price. I also ordered a dine in for 2 set for 16 dollars and they are fine too.

Excellent customer service by Randeep . Fast & friendly service and she treated me with a good smile food that’s quite good here! Ice cream treats are delightful made with real ice cream. Very happy with my experience.

Can’t speak for atmosphere but my mom came here and the food was pretty fing good. Only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is cause it was abit bland aka not having enough salt but other than that everything is good! Hopefully next time it’s salted

How about this for an ultimatum. Fix your bathroom and clean it or I will call Dairy queen head office and make sure you do. Still broken for over a decade? Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
