Whoever decorates the cakes needs to be properly trained. Writing is off center and inconsistent. For $50 a cake I was expecting better

My children and I always buy ice cream from DQ when we visit Lougheed mall. Today staff were pleasant and the chocolate extreme brownie treat was so yummy and refreshing!

Workers were showing some attitude/had a move. Just smile a bit to make it a better experience

Stopped serving Orange Julious by 5pm while the mall is open till 7? Ok…

Came to buy 4 medium orange Julius drinks 20 to 15 mins to closing today, and the staff refused to make our order. Said they would only give us ice cream cones.

They either run out of food or stop making drinks up to an hour before mall closing hours compared to other malls where dairy queen/orange Julius is the last shop to close. And depending on whose working you might just be fully ignoresd when you go in. And when they do have food and drink, they run out of bags. I've had better service and results going to big orange and they will have my business moving forward.

my favourite blizzard is the Royal reese’s. and i’ve gotten it for years and the peanut butter in the middle is actual peanut butter. this location is not very good with their blizzards!the peanut butter in the middle didn’t even taste like peanut butter, matter of fact it didn’t have flavour at all and i understand they use liquid peanut butter but get it together! other locations serve quality blizzards!! i also like adding extra brownie chunks and the chunks were so crumbly you could tell its old or has been sitting out for way to long. i spent 10$ on a small and ended up throwing it out. the ice cream was not enjoyable whatsoever.

With 15 min before closing the two ladies behind the counter will not serve any products. Absolutely horrible service. DO Not Recommend lougheed mall DQ at all.

There’s a fella that works here most of the time, or at least he seems to be there when I go, and he’s pretty bad at the whole customer service thing. Sort of just stares at you judgementally as you order and mumbles when he speaks, never smiles or says thank you. He also makes the blizzards so that all the toppings are on the top, so the bottom third or sometimes half of the blizzard is just plain vanilla ice cream. I have never received them like this at other locations and it’s obviously not how they’re intended to be served. The food is otherwise tasty and as you would expect from DQ.

My kids asked for glass of tab water and staff didn’t give them and ask for 15 cents for glass of water!
Am I missing anything here?
Since when the good brands get this cheap?
