The worst customer service ever - if Jane is working go somewhere else! She did not get my order right the first time OR the second time. If she tried to smile I am sure her face would crack.

You can come here when you need ice cream and cakes at the last minute. They always have a lot of choices. The girls who write are very skilled and write beautifully.

Parking: There are free and paid parking lots, free ones at the back near London drugs, and paid ones at the front near restaurants and squares.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking in the London drugs open-air parking lot has a door with a wheelchair button for easy access.

Should put on sign only serving ice cream only when it hits 7pm we tried to order a smoothie but they said they were only making ice creams only and the mall is open till 9pm why stay open if only serving ice cream and nothing else

Icecream is diluted. It does not taste like Dairy Queen ice cream. The prepared order is different than the picture on the board. They refuse to add the missing toppings and ask to pay extra.

I would give them a 0 if I could. TERRIBLE SERVICE. At April 5 at 1930 we showed them a coupon that was still valid and they would not let us use it. So rude, did not listen to what we were saying stating it’s expired when clearly the date was todays date.

DQ has one of the smoothest vanilla soft serves out there. Tried the skor blizzard which was delicious! It’s conveniently located in Brentwood mall across from the mall’s food courts. No complaints.

The lady is really nice and friendly, and the ice cream reminded me of the times I'd ask my dad for ice cream on cold day.
