Katrin has been very thoroughly excellent in her delivery of customer service at this location. We have been visiting this location for many months even years and we have become familiar with Katrin’s upmost excellence in her great demeanour, her hard work, her work ethic, her consistently kind, polite interactions - are something we appreciate as regular customers to this location. DQ and Company, we firmly believe you have a gem of a member of your team in Katrin.

It’s not easy to deliver impeccable customer Service constantly and consistently on an ongoing basis as such - however this member of staff does this so VERY OUTSTANDINGLY! Hence why we take the time to write this review, we hope and trust that this member of your team will be appreciated, acknowledged and rewarded for her hard work and dedication.

Went there for sweet treats last night, the worker needs to take lessons on customer service and being professional and the big one, food safety, not only we waited a bit to get served, worker name us harman I believe, very disrespectful, not polite, made us wait and wait and wait, not very welcoming, just stood there handling money, touching her hair, touching her face and nose, we finally got served after a ridiculous amount of time, went by, after we were done ordering, another guy behind us ordered food, she didn't wash her hands after handling money, at this point she still touching her face and hair, and she didn't wash her hands, she got right into the order, preparing food!!!! Disgusting ? but I guess this is dq standards, we will not be back, unless the regular girl is working, the other worker who was preparing treats, she was fast and nice, but harman get it right, customer service and food safety, practice it

Bought a log ice cream cake and when i ate the ice cream it tasted sour although the expiry date was still good. Wasted $34 on a bad cake.

The clerk lied directly to the customer!The service attitude is really bad! ! ?The employee doesn’t tell you there no free cone in Canada! What she tells you is there no free cones in the mall.Then she says if you purchase here I will give you 10%off ?First she lied to her clients, then she wanted to make money???

This location charges 7% PST on food and beverage items. BC does not collect PST on food & beverage items. No one at the location could assist in removing it from my bill. I was directed to a corporate franchise office with an extended phone branch and no way to find someone to talk to.At best, there is major financial incompetence here - anyone that manages or oversees finances for a franchise company would know tax regulations in the jurisdiction they operate.At worse, there is something nefarious going on and the business is collecting the 7% PST and not redeeming it to the Province of BC.In any case, save yourself a 7% surprise and shop elsewhere.
