Earls was great tonight. It was really busy but still got amazing service from Marly and Chirsten! Though it was kinda cold at the patio they made the vibes very warm. The Tuesday felt like a a Friday night. Love it here as always! Will always come back.

I had the pleasure of having Jacqueline a few nights ago! She was such a sweetheart and wrote me a birthday card ♥️ and was very gracious to take many beautiful photos of my friends and I. And she got us a sweet treat at the end of the evening. Will definitely be returning soon. Class act!!!

Georgia is not just the best server but also very nice in ways I can't even explain. Not only does she make you feel comfortable and happy but also is very professional in her role. Now there's also this very nice fellow named Dan . He is a manager but he came and took our order and again made us feel comfortable and homey. He say Georgia was busy so he stepped up and helped us with our order but also helped Georgia because she was busy. Amazing team and amazing food!!!

TLDR: ur new sticky toffee pudding sucks.For years my friends and I have enjoyed coming to your establishment, specifically for the sticky toffee pudding. Recently, we’ve noticed at two different locations, Robson and Station square, that the recipe has changed. Unfortunately, this has dramatically changed the quality of the dessert. It went from a delicious gooey scrumptious cake to a dry lacklustre disaster. This dessert has been an integral part of my friend group for the past decade, from breakups to graduations, depression stages to birthdays. This new change in the recipe has severely impacted our lives. Tell your chefs and management to get their act together and bring back the old recipe that we know and love.
