Our group of friends happened to come here for happy hour one night as the wait for another restaurant was too long. We were happy to get seated quickly. Happy hour starts at 10pm and they have a variety of options for food and drinks. Glad to see steak and frites was on the happy hour menu so naturally I ordered that. They also have tacos, pizza, seafood, and more on the menu. Casual atmosphere in the lounge with sports highlights playing on the TVs.

Been coming here since High School, don't know why they have to close this location down. Every time I come to this Earls it's busy. I know the new Earls is opening in Brentwood. Why can't they have both locations? They have three McD in the area why can't they have two Earls. Anyway I'll miss coming to this location not sure how much I'll go to the new Brentwood Earls with they pay parking and busy area.

We celebrated our anniversary en famille by having lunch there today. It was really, really, really busy. I’ve never seen this place so busy before, and even though our expectations were pretty low (a big party with kids is never easy to accommodate), the staff were incredibly nice. Quite honestly, I would have just broken down and cried if I had to work in such conditions, but our servers and the gm who came over to apologize for the delay were incredibly swift and gracious. How very impressive. Our lunch was very good, too, the crab cakes were the highlight hands down.

Came here for a birthday celebration, left with food poisoning.Tried the chef’s special, raw chicken briyani. Food came out lukewarm, rice was dry and unflavourful, and the chicken was nice and chewy. At first we thought we were chewing chicken fat, or skin, but on further examination, the chicken was raw.The waitress initially offered to replace the meal, then the manager on duty and Sous chef came out to apologise, which was nice of them, but if the kitchen can’t even get chicken done right to palatable standards, we decided other food there probably wouldn’t be done properly and decided to leave. To be fair, the restaurant offered to cover whatever we previously ordered, so the customer service was good. Everything else, not so.Very disappointed and it boggles my mind how such a popular establishment can overlook even the basic cooking standards.Wouldn’t recommend visiting here again.

I've been to this Earls location a few times now and both times were fantastic! Last time I was here, there was a baby shower party. So cute! We were greeted by the host upon arrival, and got seated right away as it wasn't as busy during HH. We ordered clam chowder, salad, and yam fries to share. The salad here wasn't as tasty than the location at Metrotown, unfortunately. But the yam fries, were made quiet fresh. The chowder was warm and tasty. The washrooms are well-maintained, and our servers had always been nice. I'll come back again!

Wed is busy, wing night and steak specials. Food was good. Salmon and the entre salad and two pounds of wings were very good. Service only mediocre as they are swamped. Still left a good tip because of the quality of food, Wed wing specials and the hustle of the servers.

I'm guessing it's an earls issue as a whole and not isolated to this location but this dish is terrible compared to how I remember it.First the Chicken, the pieces are very small and dry as dirt. You can tell it's previously cooked and over cooked at that and then it's reheated when the dish is put together which makes it worse. The Sauce, very oily and little as far as distinct flavors aside from saltiness.Vegetables are salty, very salty.Noodles are so so.This taste like something out of the frozen food section at the grocery store for 8-10$ at most....not worth the price they are charging. It was delivery yes but only at around 15 or so minutes from being completed to being consumed and that isn't the issue with this dish. This is only one person's opinion, but I will be staying away from Earls if this is where the quality has gone.

Seafood platter. The seafood was fresh and tasty. Oysters were on the small side but it was sweet. We had this during happy hour and I think that's a good price for the food.

Earls is one of those old boys club franchises that I never got into. The hostesses and servers in revealing tiny black mini skirts that catered only to older male executives that frequent the place. Being Asian male, we are like furnitures to these staffs. Yup. Never could even drag myself here even though I worked in the same building complex/mall 50 steps away for years. Fast forward 8 years later, a friend wants to get together for lunch here of all places. Despite gnashing my teeth, I said oh alright. Lo and behold, the old boys have been canceled. I was greeted by two +++++sized peroxide blond and pink haired well tattooed ladies. Despite their disdain, they tried very hard to muscle up a half smirked hello. My thoughts oh boy this isn't going to be good. Not an asian male in sight. Asian females with their YT dates galore, asian men no. People were looking at me as if I am at the wrong place. Bros, not a place for us. Lol. Surprisingly we had a great male server who was cordial and patient. Food was alright. Fusion east wrecked with west. Nothing to write about. The tuna sushi taco was decent tho. My friend treated me for this bday happy hour. Seeing her wince when the bill arrived, so likely this place might be pricier than expected. Ok. Would I come back? Only if I am dragged back. Kidding. Decent okay. Maybe yes. Maybe no.

There were 5 of us went to this Earle's and it started out rather slow, with the receptionist at desk outside not finding our reservation name, then found it, took us inside to get put of the heat, waited for our table to be ready, we were not told that this table was part of the bar or we would have definitely asked for the other part of the restaurant, people in the bar having a good time, eating, drinking, laughing, talking loud, some shouting, which is fine for them but for us sitting on the other side of them, we cud not hear ourselves talking nor hear the servers talking. Some of us ordered wine and they did not have it, ordered another type but pu of stock n this as well, I guess this was due to the liquor board strike, things were not going well and then Ben came and introduced himself to us, I am not sure if he was a manager, but from then on he and Keely(server) made everything great,, for one thing, Ben moved us to a different part of the restaurant where we should have been put n the first place, it was so much quieter in that section and we cud actually hear the servers and Ben speaking to us. The food was excellent, most of us had the steaks, since it was steak Wedensday. There was 3 Birthdays in the group so cake and candles were brought to the table which we were not expecting. All of us would just like to say a big , THANK YOU to Ben and Keely for making our dinner at Earle's a good and enjoyable experience.

Nice atmosphere and good service. Good place for large groups The Vegan Tempura Shroomami Bowl was delicious!

All I have to say is that they have really upped their happy hour game. This is the Ahi tuna bowl and the Shroomami bowl. While these still come in at about $20 each it is much more reasonable than their original prices in my opinion. They also have a seafood platter for their happy hour which is $50 and that also looked really delicious. This location has a nice outdoor seating and indoor so make sure when you reserve to specify where you would like to sit. The staff are nice and make your dining experience well taken care of.

Ordered steak at medium, came in more towards medium well. Friend ordered virgin Margherita and it came with alcohol. She drank it not knowing it had alcohol, got drunk and couldn't drive home.
