The El Comal in Burnaby (food) is much better than the one in Vancouver. I actually won't go back to the one in Vancouver as they got my order wrong and I didn't know until I was back in the office for lunch. There was missing ingredients on the burritos that was paid for.

As a Mexican i can say the tortillas from this place have poor quality, once you warm them up 1 min later the tortilla is hard texture, really frustrating.

Absolutely top notch food! That was the best Burrito ive had possibly ever! The toccos are amazing as well! The staff was super friendly, its a nice little shop out of the way, youd enjoy eating in and the take away experience is great as well. Will absolutely be coming back

This is my go-to place when I want to buy fresh corn tortillas. Nothing beats freshly made. One star short of five because it would be perfect if they started from scratch and not from processed corn flour, but still very good.

The cashier at the counter gave me attitude for not tipping on a take out order. The food took about 20 minutes, and she gave me the wrong order. Do not waste your time here, the food is mediocre at best and the staff is very rude.

A great authentic restaurant. Food is great, you can buy mexican products like hot sauces and tortillas. I definitely recommend eating here.

Good food but zero service. Lady sits behind counter and stares at you like youre supposed to cook for her. Too bad. Have been here for 6 or 7 meals but I wont be back due to their laziness. If you dont want to serve ppl then shut down the restaurant and just sell your goods..... fail.
