Family run bubble tea café with an amazing atmosphere. It’s a great space to grab a cheap drink and study!

Changed to one star after I gave them another try for the rice bowl and theh only included about half of the meat and less items than the last time. I took a picture of the bowl but it's not uploading. Won't go back.

Had the braised brisket rice bowl which was pretty okay but then I guess a miscommunication about the combo (bubble tea) but it's okay, it wasn't a big deal but the mango bubble tea was a bit sour... It was so bad that I threw it away after a few sips (outside of the store to not be rude). Could also be my bad as I didn't have the heart to tell them how bad it was. I left and took it as a loss of $6, I won't get another bubble tea from there again based on that experience but might go back for a rice bowl.

Enjoyed my mango drink with ice cream, mango, coconut pearls. Notice they have lovely cakes too. And their bubble waffles can be good too. Lots of seating

Food and drinks are nothing special but are all at a great price considering the area. If you’re a student craving bbt near the station, this place hits the spot. Has a small selection of cakes and snacks and many seats. Fast service. Overall, lovely in a simple way.

Nice enough employees but the bubble tea is very watered down and they are not generous with pearls. This is surprising considering how much competition there is in the area, and unfortunate given the superb location next to Metrotown skytrain. I see why it's always empty despite being in a busy area.

Finally writing a review for one of my favourite places to go to study or sit for a bit with a treat! The owners are really nice and their prices are some of the lowest in the area.

This time I got an Earl Grey crepe cake (so cute with a mini Oreo on top!) and a hot matcha latte. This latte always has lots of matcha and is one of my favourite items to get here.

There are several wall outlets and free WiFi. Outside of exam season, it's generally pretty quiet because people tend to go to the more aesthetic coffee shop a couple doors down.

I’ve been going to this place since the 10th grade to the point the owners now recognize me. They’re always super welcoming and their bobas are one of the cheapest ones in the area. I always get the strawberry green tea :)

I ordered a hot matcha latte which I recieved lukewarm and it didn't taste like matcha at all. The owners were rude too.
