The food is pretty good here and acceptable price. I like all the beverages, especially the capis green tea!!

I ordered a regular bubble tea with red beans in it but they took my order incorrectly with a flavored drink. When they remade it, instead of asking me if it was okay to make it without bubbles since their last batch was used in the previous drink, they added extra red beans to make up for it. Honestly, when I order bubble tea I expect bubbles to be in my drink, not without it. They should've confirmed with me first that there won't be any bubbles in the next drink, instead of assuming that it was okay without it. That way I would be given a chance to decide if I wanted a drink without bubbles, which I'd rather not. I took their *corrected* drink since I did not want to argue, but it left me disappointed. I really hope they make sure they got the order right before making anything, and always ask the customer first when there's an adjustment to be made.

Came to try Estea Cafe Kingsway with two other friends. They had gotten the omelette rice (one with the Taiwanese chicken nuggets and the other one with braised beef brisket). I ordered the Taiwanese spicy hot pot with pork as my protein.Let me warn you first...the Taiwanese spicy hot pot was spicy! Really spicy for someone that doesn't normally have spicy foods, luckily for me - I really enjoy hot/spicy foods so it worked out perfectly. The pork inside was cooked perfectly and the vegetables inside went along great with a plain bowl of rice. Both of my friends also enjoyed their meals as well.So it's 5/5 for me.

Clean dinning floor. Dinning environment is comfortable with music provided. Foods tasted horrible, and the portion is super small! Drinks tasted just ok. Employees are basically nice and friendly, but serve speed is super slow, and always forgot the orders. Public restrooms and free parking lot are available. Credit cards are not accepted, but debit card and cash. Open till late night. Overall, not recommended.
