This place is so welcoming when you come arrive, it’s reminiscent of a Save by the Bell Diner and the employees are friendly and polite. The burgers and fries were cooked to perfection.

My favorite spot for burgers is Burger Crush downtown but for Burnaby, this hits the spot. 8/10. The portion of fries is nice. Ingredients are fresh.

Highly recommend it here if you are craving a diner burger. 5 stars ⭐️

Until May 25 baby cheese burger $6.99. Excellent value and good tasting.

First time trying Fatburger it was great! My husband and i shared this because we had both already eaten at home but thought we'd come here for a snack. Good amount of meat, toppings and sauce. I enjoyed this very much, the staff were very friendly as well which made this a good experience. I'll be back when i'm in the mood for a burger again! Thanks for this meal!

Great food. Great value. Always fresh, fully customizable topped off with hand scooped milkshakes.

Super friendly staff, good choice of both high chairs and booster seats, good menu variety, kids toy chest to distract them. Portions are HUGE, but messy.

The meat in a burger was awful. :(
It’s even better in a nearby McDonalds.
The fries were fine though so those 2 stars are just for the fries.

Thank you Fatburger for a great lunch today! The place is sparkling clean with nice decor (though the outside is unremarkable), and the staff were great.
My Classic Fatburger tasted amazing, and came stuffed with toppings like lettuce, pickles, tomato, and barbeque sauce, all free. The meat is crispy, the fries are hot and fluffy, and their classic milkshakes are creamy and satisfying.
We will definitely be coming back!

Vegetarian options: They advertise their Impossible and veggie burgers, but we did not try them.

Parking: There is a parking lot outside the location, but the day we went (Sat lunch, ~1pm), it was completely full.

Tried ordering twice from this location and they still couldn’t get my simple order correct, the last straw was when my daughter found a hair in her burger. Definitely won’t be going to this location again
