The onion rings were a bit costly and the quality is what you would expect from a low end burger chain.The burgers were a mess, and filling quit bland, and oversold edible but I guess our dollars worth is in desperate times.Solid 2/10

Dont go here to pickup an order as a delivery partner.I came here to pickup an order(as time shown on the app) ,i wasnt surprised when she told me five minutes for the order as i could understand the store was busy.But even after waiting there more than five minutes ,when i asked her again where the order is,she started looking for it and noticed they didnt even started making it.Then i understand that “5 min wait” is just like a welcome gesture to a delivery partner can extend to “10-20 or more..”..Atleast show some respect towards others time as well(change the time on the app).

I should have take a photo of the wings they gave me so everyone online could have a laugh. I was walking by and saw the ‘world famous buffalo wings’ and thought wings could be good. Boy was I wrong. 1 tiny piece of carrot that barely looked like a carrot. 2 pathetic looking pieces of celery. And the wings were in a swimming pool of sauce literally submerged in a pool of sauce. I felt like I was fishing pulling them out of it. Clearly the cooks there don’t care so just ignore the world famous wings sign. No clue how they think they can claim that. The world is a big place and there are tons of great wings out there.

I just ordered original fat burger around 5pm.Umm it was dry and juicelessMakes me think this location uses frozen meat or line cook just dries hell out of burger with press lol.I usually eat at Broadway near Cambie location, and every time that location was good.

Been having craving for burgers lately and wanted something different. Always drove by for years! Finally gave it a try. Service is excellent. Food was so good! Went back a 2nd time in the same week- I can see the care when they're making the burgers. Got fries the 1st time and curly fries the 2nd time. Both times were golden! I seen someone take the patties off the griddle with great care. I saw another person take out fries from the fryer and gave it a good shake and drain for a solid 10 seconds or more. Way better care and attention to detail than other joints I've seen, doest have to be burgers- but twice I this week. Customer service and food was top notch. Will be back.

After waiting 50 minutes, they gave me a burger without fries. Moreover, it costs 19 dollars. I ate futburger for the first and last time. I won't eat it again.
Insanely slow service for not being that busy. To top it all off they got my order wrong too.Burger was overcooked and chewy. Somehow I paid more and got less quality than going to a typical fast food joint.

Food has always been really good and almost worth the exorbitant cost. Quality seems to have taken a nosedive over the last couple of years though. Store is frequently...just dirty and unkempt. Often the garbage is overflowing, dirty tables, sticky floors and so on.The worst part however is the service these days. It is so incredibly slow. Like really, really, really slow, definitely not fast food, regularly wait 15-20 mins for your order, even longer on a couple occasions. Knowing that, I thought I'd order online for pickup right from their own site. When you go to place your order, first they ask for a tip. If I have to come to you and you serve me while I'm standing, you don't deserve a tip, there's no service associated with that outside of cooking the food which is already heavily marked up. But whatever, no big deal, easy enough to nope out on that as everyone should. The real kicker came when I went to pay though. They're trying to charge a service fee for online ordering to pay for the "MOBI HQ" platform. I'm sorry...what? Get bent. That's a cost of doing business that shouldn't be directly passed along to the consumer, but incorporated into the cost of the product. If that's how you want to do business these days, fine. Order cancelled and I won't ever be coming back to this place. We're truly in late stage capitalism. Bring on the Wendy's surge pricing next. What a joke.Franchises owned by the predominant Surrey demographic are legitimately ruining so many places with higher prices(gouging in many cases), smaller portions, terrible quality. On the bright side I save money and eat healthier by not giving money to these types of people.

I think the same sandwich I had before has gotten smaller. Sasauge and egg sandwich. I think the ingredients are not as good ether. They gave us our order without sausage for our take out order, so we had to come back and the put the sausage in. Attached
