Just bought a Black Forest Cake. I pre ordered and the person taking order was very nice and helpful. Pick up was smooth.
The cake was beautifully decorated and tasty. 7 inch cake that is quite solid. The ingredients were fresh, not too sweet.
The best black forest cake and we keep coming back to order. So yummy.
Still have a lot left over to enjoy with coffee the following day.

No tables and chairs for two inside or out, no tables at all. If they did they have a ton more business. And revamp the area maybe add some music, classical.

Hidden gem you need to visit! Why spend over $30 on expensive brunch places when you have delicious sandwiches here for $12? My friend and I came across Fortuna when the wait at brunch restaurant was too long. And wow are we grateful we did! The sandwiches are absolutely delicious, and the vibe was so quaint. The best of all are the lovely ladies working at Fortuna. Their attentiveness and kindness far FAR exceeded our expectations. They offered us milk with our espressos, and a free biscotti because they overheard that it was my friend's birthday. Next time we meet up for brunch or lunch, we're definitely picking Fortuna over any other place.

This used to be my favorite bakery that I would go to weekly. Service is usually pretty good. Cakes are ok but now overpriced. Corn bread used to be great, now it's garbage. Over all, the quality has gone down and prices have gone up. I rarely go here now.

Our family has been customer's of Fortuna Bakery for at least 30 plus years. The service, deli meats and pastries are unparalleled. The St.Honere' Cake is our go to for special occasions. It is the best we have ever had. We live in White Rock now and still make the trip to Fortuna Bakery.

We ordered our wedding cake and many Pasteis de Natas for our Wedding weekend festivities! AMAZING quality and service. This is our favourite bakery and they make Portuguese sweets like the Avo's in my hometown used to make. 10/10 GO VISIT THEM. And get an elephants ear. Thank me later.

Time and again, the quality of the goods are always amazing. Recently we ordered a couple of birthday cakes and my 9 year old niece specifically advised that “it’s the best birthday cake I’ve ever had”.
Although I wish Fortuna was closer to my neighbourhood, it’s definitely worth the short trip.
