Great food and a very interesting atmosphere

Popular with the locals, daily special was undercooked pasta, two of us had same meal served 10 minutes apart! Don’t take Visa? Instead of saving the 1%, cook the food properly

Food was great:
We had a German Deluxe, German Breakfast, Regular Breakfast, and 1 pc pancake. Massive portions, and authentic home made dishes that were very tasty.

But our 3 meals came about 30 minutes apart (first at 30 minutes after ordering), which ruined the experience since the first meal was cold by the time our whole party was served. We asked multiple times and were always told it was coming soon.

Atmosphere was good. Classic diner.

All in all, likely would not come again.

Note they don't take visa, so bring debit, MasterCard, or cash.

Big portions and made the way I like the breakfast omelette with mushrooms with sides of ham, bacon, and potatoes.

Plain and simple. Food here is great. I love how much food you're given for the price. Now I know why so many people come here. Truly a hidden gem. I will bring my wife and daughter here at least once a month. I can't wait to tell my family about this place. Coffee is self serve. The staff here are very friendly. Missing picture Pancakes 🥞 we were so excited to eat it we forgot 😂

Great place to go for breakfast. The staff are friendly and informative. The place is cozy. There is some seating outside too on a nice day.

The food was really tasty. I ordered the Al's breakfast which comes with a big portion of pancakes. Which were really good, and bacon with scrambled eggs. My Dad ordered the regular breakfast with sausage. He said he enjoyed it. There is also a serve-it-yourself water in the fridge.

My go to place for breakfast. I have been going for years and have taken many people here and they come back.

Very generous servings nearby a beautiful park. The restaurant is a little bit worse for wear though.

Local mom and pop establishment with home made offerings, fusion of Filipino and German influences. Tight space seating area, shared long tables for patrons indoors and small outdoor area of picnic tables with canopy coverage. Observed self serve beverages - water, coffee, tea and bottled beverages. Short wait for pre-pay at till and serve. We had share platters of potato pancakes and sausages, German breakfast and fruit pancakes. Toast tends to be drier but was told that German toast usually is (?). Good value for home cooking in an industrial setting.

Food is good and a good price. Only down side is wait time sometimes it can take 40 minutes plus and if you have a group food comes out 20 minutes between each person

I’ve given this place multiple chances, so this isn’t a one-time judgment. The cleanliness is appalling — especially around the fridges, and the smell coming from the kitchen is enough to ruin your appetite.

The food is overpriced, greasy, and genuinely unpleasant. To make things worse, the service was a disaster. They completely forgot our order, and we ended up sitting there for over an hour and a half while staff seemed completely clueless about why we were even there.

Save your time and money — there are far better options out there.

Portion of food is HUGE. Decent food for good price. Liked it.

An absolute gem! They were sold out of Schnitzel sandwich so I will have to return to try that one, but everything we had was very tasty and the portions were super generous - a very rare combination these days. The potato pancakes are really something, I was amazed! And the option of hazelnut coffee is just the final touch we needed. Definitely coming back!
