I’ve become a regular for takeout lunch from this location as I’ve had frequent meetings in the neighbourhood for the past few months. The service has always been friendly and efficient and the food consistently good. The Buddha Satay Bowl is my standby favourite, though I’ve been mixing it up lately and had a Pangoa Bowl with tofu today that I quite enjoyed. I have meetings in the neighbourhood again for four days next week and will probably eat there three if not all four days.

I order online and pick up lunch here 1-3x each week. The staff always has my salad ready, made just the way I like it, and it's a pleasure to interact, if only briefly, with friendly faces who take pride in their work.

I was sitting outside drinking a coffee on a chair, these chairs are in front of the store. There is no signage, indicating that one cannot sit there and drink a coffee that isn't from their store. The manager proceeded to come outside and harass me for doing so. He threatened to call security because I'm sitting outside drinking a Tim Hortons coffee. He then said I'd do that almost every single day and I don't buy anything from him. So l decided to take this to corporate and tell them how their franchisees treat people. He was very threatening with how he did that and I feel as though I was being discriminated against for being indigenous and for being female. Don't bother going There!!

They always cook the best bowls! Very healthy and fresh as the name says. I am a fan of their loyalty system on the app which gathers lots of points om orders. Visit 2 twice and guarantee a snack smoothie with your points collected.

I was looking for a tasty poké, but the bowl was mostly rice than vegetables...very very poor. Moreover the mango flavour was terrible: hard and acid. The broccolis were tasteless and the avocado piece was so small that at the first look I didn't notice it.

I order a spicy chicken burrito and IT HAD NO CHICKEN. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? If I wanted vegetarian, I’d would’ve ordered that. This gets me so mad, you are literally not selling what people are ordering. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I came by after work July 8th at around 8:30 PM. WASTED $50 in total in my opinion of my HARD EARNED MONEY. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. P.S. to the restaurant and its owner/workers, do your jobs properly. People are not buying with fake money are they? So don’t go selling FAKE MEALS WITH FAKE INGREDIENTS. Ruined night.

Offers on the App do not work although they are advertised. The Employees and Management do not manually apply these offers for customers! Very disappointing!

Service is great, place smells like dead mice or moldy rice. I wanted to eat some healthy food but I was immediately turned off by the stench. Definitely didn’t motivate me to purchase anything as if I ate it I felt I might get sick. I don’t know what the cause is but ownership should fix this or they’ll lose out on money I bet.

The only washroom i can find in this prt of the mall and they won't let me pee until i buy something 1st. Even though my wife and son is already lining up to buy something

Ordered kids power bowl (chicken teriyaki) for take out, arrived WITHOUT chicken and with a sour white sauce (ranch-like), and raw rice noodles. Completely inedible and had to throw it out after almost throwing up. Almost seemed like a prank to have received something like this!
