Lovely staff. The variety of plants and how well they are cared for is amazing.

This place serves some of the best coffee in Vancouver, hands down! It's become my absolute favorite spot to visit. The team there is amazing, but I have to give a special shoutout to Ria—she's simply the best!

This gardening store offers an extraordinary collection of artfully curated pieces, accompanied by all the essential supplies for gardening enthusiasts along with a Fashion store within.

This place is absolutely amazing! Been there for the first time, blown away by the incredible richness and variety of plants, flowers and gardening/home decorations. After over 1.5 hrs spent there browsing among the aisles, we stayed at the cafè conveniently located inside the same area, where you can sit at the tables for a coffee and desserts, or even a delicious brunch with plenty of choices and partial service at the table. Definitely coming back, this is a must-go if you are in the surroundings and want to relax and enjoy this beautiful place.

Bought some fruit trees with deliveries! Got promised will be arriving second day, but it’s nothing on third day. So I have to drive over to check out what’s going on because their phone never got picked up! And when I was there, I was told the delivery will be done today, and it’s Saturday, they close at 6 pm. I still don’t get anything. Phone still not picked up…. Little frustrating.

Busy place this time of year, April. Lots of parking. Coffee shop inside. Garden appliances, housewares, deck furniture, clothing, large selection of household indoor and outdoor plants. Lots of seeds. Friendly helpful staff. Rewards program. Competitive prices. Recommend.

The garden works at Mandeville is really spacious and has all sorts of pretty flowers and plants. Definitely surprised me as a first time flower shopper. The staff are super friendly and helpful especially Grace at the botanical. She answered all my naive beginner questions, helped me choose the proper pots for my flowers and planted them so gorgeously! She really went above and beyond and I really enjoyed the “plant it for me” service. It’s a really nice experience and I had a great time!

I love garden works. The café with natural light and delicious snacks is delightful. The fashion section in the store is very cute. And whatever you want to know about the garden, you can find it here.

If staff interacted more with customers you'd have an increase in sales. My 1st time & last time there

Dropped in this week and had a few different staff members ask if I needed help even though it was super busy . I will be back !

They literally price gouge their customers during their sales, by increasing the price from the pre-sale price (with photo evidence) .I took the first picture on March 16, and then I attended the sale on March 21st for 15% off everything in the store."SOMEHOW" the sticker price of the item went up by over 50% a few days later on the day of the sale (per the second picture).I didn't notice the difference until I got home. This is illegal in BC, and I'll will have to try and get my money back tomorrow.

I've been coming here for the past few years often. I love the atmosphere. Cafe is lovely. Product is great but customer service is just atrocious. Very few employees with knowledge about product. When you do find someone to talk to they act burdened by you. This has happened on more than one occasion and it's enough to make me stop coming.Today I was there and I was directed to speak to someone about ferns as I was wanting to have a planter made up. Lady I was directed to was busy helping someone else so I waited patiently. After 15minutes of following her around the store, I was not acknowledged once. Did you need help with something? Did you have a question? Can I direct you to someone else? I will be with you shortly. Nothing...I left very frazzled and annoyed. Poor customer service skills. Will take my buisness elsewhere.
