I advise anyone to never do business with these people. Absolutely disgusted with how they have handled my order and their poor customer service. I placed an order for a custom gingerbread house for Christmas over a month ago - enough time to get my order done efficiently. Not only did they delay delivery last minute, they as well never did what they had said they would do. Initially promised to send me photos way in advance to get my approval before invoicing me. They ended up last minute telling me they can deliver the day before Christmas Eve now - sent photos the day of and after I had said the house had some flaws from what I had expected they ended up saying they will not be delivering it to me and that it is “non-negotiable.” Such terrible service, considering I had high hopes for this to be in my home for the holidays - as well, to cancel everything last minute where I would never get the time to order elsewhere. Such a disgusting company and the way the manager dealt with the issue is so unprofessional! Will be reporting to BBB because no one should be able to get away with what they did especially right before Christmas where I am now left with nothing.. even tried to call and was told there is nothing she will do and hung up on me. Please take your service elsewhere because these people are just horrible! I hope their business closes down because such a shame to do this during the holiday season!

A unique experience to remember. The smell of fresh ginger eminating from a beautiful work of cookie-art started my adventure. Then, after hours of fun spent adding (and eating) icing, decorations, lights and candy, my own deficiencies at arting became obvious. Which, very happily, permitted me to guiltlessly enjoy a new morning ritual: its yummy demolition (with coffee).The food quality, presentation, customer service and included extras are all beyond good; everything shows a true passion for the craft, and a devotion to excellence. I have no doubt you will be impressed by the smells, tastes, presentation and experience of G&B!
