Great place for milkshakes and ice cream

The truth is that I don't want too many people finding out about this place. It's getting crowded because it is so great

Tried each ice cream sandwich. Peanut butter sandwich was the best it was smooth and chewy. Second was the taco ice cream. Highly recommend ice cream sandwich if you grab and go or save it for later.

Frozen Novelties: Includes the Glenbar (chocolate wafer ice cream sandwich), Sorbet Pop, Scoop Cup, and Scooter Snacks (for dogs).

The decor is a blast from the past and it’s very cool. I’ve returned many times. It’s a great family friendly place. Also great for date nights too 😉

always a great place to have a sweet treat with the family. my children and i love the new ice cream flavore this summer which is their lavender raspberry cheese cake. i would totally recommend this place.

Good ice cream, love going here and then watching the sunset. The staff are also super friendly and probably one of the few shops ran by actual students!

Come here all the time amazing

After 2 years of traveling, my kids were stoked to come back here for what we would consider on of the best ice cream places in Vancouver. Yes it’s a bold statement but trust me, we know our dessert places. The vintage decor just makes the whole experience even better. Glad to see they have not sold out and still employ local youths to run the place. I usually just get a mini hot fudge sundae but the chocolate mint and caramel milkshakes are also superb.

Passing by and stopped in for a quick sundae. Service was great and the ice cream was delicious! My wife and I loved the decor as well, very nostalgic - definitely worth a stop!

We had Glenburn cater desserts at our wedding, and their sundaes were the cherry on top of a fantastic day! Roberta and her staff were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Glenburn ice cream dates have been a fixture in our relationship and it was so special for us to be able to share a little bit of that with all of our guests. Genuine and heartfelt thanks to Roberta and her staff, they helped make an already great day even better!

The ice cream at Glenburn Soda Fountain was amazing! I highly recommend the brownie sundae — it has the perfect salty-sweet balance, and I absolutely loved it.

The only thing I’d note is that the portion was quite big for me; it’s definitely enough for two people to share.

I’ll definitely be back for more!
