We went there today evening guy working there was extremely rude didnt washed his hands after using airpods. We asked to add few items to drink he ignored us and later said you guys make my job hard.
We came on a Sunday, place was not as nice as photos. The cream for the crafts was severely dried out, unusable, with few colors to choose from. The tea was weak. The location is not convenient or near anything else interesting/walkable, mostly an industrial area surrounded by neighborhoods and gas stations.
It's probably fun for little girls, but not the place for me.
delicious, friendly staff, quality products.
Tasty drinks, friendly staff, good music, and bright space. A nice place for students to study while enjoying their drinks. Would recommend as a hangout place too.
They were busy on Sunday but the girl in front organized a table for us! So sweet. We got two bracelets (basic) and we had so much fun! They will measure before tie for you, so no worries if you are 0 skill. Definitely will come back
Their buckets are really amazing🤩
Purchasing accessories individually can be a bit pricey, but their $5 per pack deal is fantastic. You get what you pay for, which is fair. The staff were enthusiastic in explaining the price differences, and the taro boba was delicious. Definitely worth a visit.👍
There were a lot of charms, the tea was really good(I would recommend fruit tea)
The atmosphere was nice and fun, and it's also a great place to drink, chat, and craft.
But the cream was really disappointing cause they were dry, which made it hard to pipe out a nice shape, and there were only 10 colors and some were almost empty, which threw me off, also the crafting things there were really expensive for what they were. Overall, it was a good experience. (If you are considering decorating a phone case, they only provide Apple phone cases, so if you don't have an Apple phone, you will have to buy your own case and bring it there)
Was hanging around this part of town and noticed this tea shop. Since I'm a tea junkie it was a good find. Really helpful lady at the front desk who explained to me about the decorative craft option available to people who are into super cute things to attach to personalize your phone or a photo frame..
I ordered Jasmine tea and it's very rich and full of flavor. Check it out if you're into a Southeast Asian Vibe in a tea shop.
It definitely gets an extra star for cuteness.
Was a bit put off by the low reviews but we decided to come anyway. Despite the atmosphere being subpar, we had a grand old time making our little designs!

The prices were from $12 to $45, it was pretty pricey. I spent about $150 here, I got two phone cases, and one hair brush, one drink. I took one of my own item and they said it will still be $40 so I didn't do. I got the MATCHA MATCHA drink, it was so good. One of the best matcha drinks I have ever had. For the DIY, You can have unlimited charms, the glue was so hard to squeeze out, half done. The guy worker was really kind, but the girl that was working there had so much attitude. She was really rude, she should learn how to respect the customers. When we were looking at more charms, and grabbing some more, she was asking if we gonna use them all?

There was minimal food selection so we didn’t get a bite to eat. I ordered the strawberry coffee latte and it was mediocre. Main purpose of the visit was to decorate a phone case. Price was too much for the quality. The whipped glue available to use were low in quantity and the tips kept falling off. The service was bad and no attention was given to any of their customers. I would not recommend this place!

I’ve given this place a 3-star rating because the drinks are generally good. However, my recent visit was marred by poor customer service. The staff member was quite rude and unprofessional. I ordered Oreo latter with jelly coconut. He made my order and he said he forgot to add jelly and I said I want jelly he told me I need to drink some of the drink first so he can add jelly. This approach was not only confusing but also unreasonable. If a mistake is made, it should be rectified without inconveniencing the customer. The staff member's attitude and handling of the situation were unacceptable, and I hope they improve their customer service skills.

I took my niece there for bubble tea and phone case decorating. The guy working was super helpful and nice and explained everything. I was a little taken aback by the cost (40$ each). My niece has a Samsung phone, they only provide iPhone cases. Even after bringing her own case we were still told the price was the same for each (40$).
The reason my review 4/5 was the phone case charms stayed on for maybe a day before all falling off. We waited for about 12hrs before actually putting them on our phones allowing it to dry fully as the guy working suggested, but the glue I guess isn’t very good. I would recommend maybe doing the other activities they have such as painting and bracelet making. Phone case decorating isn’t going to last you long enough to justify spending 40$ just for it to all fall off the next day.
