Really love the vibe, food was okay.

Good food with excellent service

Top notch Cantonese food. King crab and steam fish cooked to perfection. Other dishes have a bit too much salt.

Food is salty.
The manager with black thick framed glasses and dark skin is very rude. Tea is $1.25 per person. We asked if kid still charge tea, he said only under 6 yr old is free. So I asked politely under 12 is still a kid and shouldn’t be charged. But then he outraged and yelled loud “12 yrs old can get pregnant and born a child” !!! That really scared me and I found it harassing and insulting. And in our table we have 4 kids heard that! I can sue him for harassment and inappropriate language!

Dim sum is average, but service is so-so. Difficult to get service. Porker face all the time

Food is really nice and delicious! It’s also really good value compared to other dimsum places I’ve been to. There is a long line in the weekend! Make sure to reserve in advance!

Horrible service no point in making reservations. After waiting for 20 minutes they gave us a table sitting by the entrance and said take it or can wait.

Just your average Dim Sum place in Burnaby, not many other competitors in this area. It's not bad, the service is what you would expect, and the food is solid. Portion sizes is fair given the prices, it's best to go in the mornings to get that 10% discount.

Parking at the mall is an absolute nightmare during peak hours for larger vehicles.

Went there for tin-sum recently. Ordered the usual popular stuff. To my surprise, everything looks different. Taste and quality went down drastically. It’s like they outsourced their food from elsewhere and heat it up for you. Some of their items even taste stale (not fresh). Am I missing something? Did the management changed？ Or perhaps the kitchen staff got replaced? Really disappointed as it used to be good.

The service is not friendly at all. I really don’t like the service. For vegetarians , can’t eat anything there. When we ask the waiters, make sure no meat added. But they still added some pork fat in the food . I can’t believe they don’t understand what is vegetarian’s food. I invite my friends to there to eat lunch. My friend didn’t get anything can be eat. The waitress said is your problem. Their food has to added meat. We are really unhappy with the service.

The food is not tasty, but price is acceptable. I will not go to there again.

Dim Sum extroidaire

Extremely poor service. Rude waitresses and hosts.
One time we ordered sou mai and it wasn’t cooked. We asked the manger on duty and he said you already ate 1/2 of them and refused to do anything. The truth is there were 4 of us and 2 were taken and bit into and discarded but not eaten!
Also, Still need to wait over 30 mins even when table was booked. Unless you slip them red pocket money, you don’t have to book they will let you in asap and jump the line even as a walk-in customer. No wonder people still have to wait so long even if they reserved tables! We witness this more than once. The food is ok but if one reads the reviews left, they are mostly service related issues. Replies from the management team urges people to be understanding because they’re too busy but how about them bring more understanding to customers? How about not enforcing tipping when they don’t deserve it? Very busy but not too busy to chase down a customer to gouge for more tips?
This act puts shame in Asians.
Go next door to Marble House for way better service and the higher ratings prove itself!

No service at all. you have to wait the cashier after chatting with her colleagues then may be wanted to help you for paying.

Extremely bad service. Waiters have bad attitude. Good is average but whole dinong experience ruin by the attitude of the waiters and manager. There is no service with a smile.
