Came here on for Chinese new year dinner and had terrible service from the manager that night. When first presented the bill for our meal for two tables, they double charged us. After they *fixed* the bill they STILL double charged us for the sweet and sour pork. They charged us the price for FOUR orders (160$)It took a bunch of back and forth with a rather rude male manager insisting that since we ate it we had to pay for it before they finally changed it. Keep in mind we had previously ordered this dish and we were not given a double portion by any means.For that reason we will not be returning and will be advising anyone we know not to until that manager is gone.

Very sad to see the restaurant is closed, it is my favorite restaurant. Had tons of memory. I still remember that one of the staffs waited for me to pick up my dinner after 10 pm, when I was still in school. I don’t see any other place can do so. I always introduce my family and friends to this restaurant. Kang always recommend great dishes. Tonight, I found out the restaurant was closed…I hope you all the best! THANK YOU ALL for bringing me a lot of great memories!

The lunch special portions while appear to be a good size is definitely light on the meat. The pork with rice show had 4 thin pork slices. Nothing to write him regarding taste or portion sizes of the rest of the food. Service was meh at best. $30 pp easy which really isn’t that good given the type of meal.

Went on a quiet weekday evening. We pretty much had the place to ourselves. Staff was very professional and ready to serve. Food 4/5. Service 5/5. Decent portion size. We ordered four dishes for two people and had plenty of leftover.

First time here with friends. Around 11:30am the parking lot was full so we had to park across the street at the casino parking lot. Food was fresh and tasted good. The use a cute robot to deliver food to the table. My favourite dish was the fried duck, the skin was crispy but the meat was tender and juicy. Durian ball was also good and you have to watch out the hot running filling might burn your lips? The Thai style pork feet was a nice try but I think the flavour didn’t blend in with the meat.The space between the tables are maintained with reasonable distance. The only thing I’m not used to was everybody talking so loud, therefore we could hardly hear each other.

So we have another L in the year 2022 folks. Another restaurant that should be cancelled letsgoo. Service was truly bad. Ive never gotten served with such a L petty service before. The server was so petty hahahaha. Bro got not chill seriously. The server has the audacity to be petty regarding to go box. I told her that i do not have cash with me to pay for the to go box which was $0.50 only. Because they have asked me to pay the bill before i even finish my food and then asked me to pay by cash. I told her i only got cc to pay but she was mocking me with her not good attitude and face that she'd be gladly accepting it. And you know what the worst was when pressed the machine for the togo box she didnt want to give me the machine to check that she pressed the right number. Broo seriously? You have to show what you bill to us. Its not about trust issues its about being ethical and have manner. Just for those who read this review. Check always how much you are getting charged. Gladly i always pay with a cc so i can always report for incosistent payment. Make sure always recheck and dont just tap if you are asked to pay. Aleays recheck it and make sure with a cc so you can report for fraud. Make sure to teach your staff to be more professional. An expensive chinese restaurant at a hotel with this kind of attitude? Paying that amount of price for mid tier food? Yeah right what a waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs!

There was nothing outstanding although the food was generally ok. The exception being all the deep fried items like spring roll that were not that crisp and very heavy with oil. I'm guessing the oil was old and not hot enough. The best part was the robotic delivery assistant.

I have never ever given a one star review. Our family of 7 went for dim sum today. The quality of the food and more so the service has significantly gone downhill. Previously despite the upscale costs we really used to like coming here due to the decor, service and food. Today the server seemed disinterested (probably overworked), it is definitely understaffed, the table cloth is all tattered, and the dishes and cutlery are not as clean as it could be. Food is definitely under seasoned (although personally I thought it was not too bad) but everyone else thought it was mediocre. I am thinking that Covid 19 has taken a toll on this and many other restaurants. I am thinking the next step os for this restaurant to close.

This restaurant has become the new family dim sum and dinner spot because my niece is in love with their cat robot ❤️ the service has also been amazing and they’re super sweet. Even when they don’t need to use the cat robot they would bc they know my niece loves seeing it move around. The food is also pretty good too. I find their braised duck with taro hot pot to be amazing. Super flavour and left overs reheat so we’ll. First time I’ve enjoyed a braised meat dish this much. They have some set dinner specials which are great value too with Peking duck or lobster. We usually pick one of the set menus and add one or two more dishes and there’s plenty of left overs us.

Fantastic restaurant. We booked a large family birthday, 30 people, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Food was amazing, and the helpings were huge. Would dine here again.

Everything was very good, but be prepared to pay gambling prices! It's a fancy dining room and I have no complains about the dim sum technique. Just wish the price point matched my expectation. Overall, worth a visit!

Nice, bright and vibrant setting. The dim sum was average compared to some other local restaurants but the fried squid was over done and the batter crumbled upon picking up. Consistency was rubbery due to overcooking. The main reason for the poor review is after the bill was settled, a captain came over to say that the TIP wasn't enough. Rude and no class to suggest that at all. Tipping is not mandatory and totally discretionary in my view. The server merely transferred the ordered dishes from the robotic trolley onto our table. No other interaction or comments on how we liked our choices. We had to signal for more hot water and tea. So basically the service was average but the rudeness of asking for more money was over the top. Never to return as there are many other dim sum places that deserve our business.
