I’ve been coming every weekday for 4 months, spending close to $1,000 a month. Today was busy — fine. But being questioned and spoken to rudely for asking for bean sprouts and chili oil, items you already offer, is unacceptable.
I left my food untouched and walked out. If this is how you treat regular customers, don’t be surprised when you lose them.
You’ve lost my business. I’ll be going to Little Minh across the street, where customers are respected.

Ordered a avocado smoothie to go. They said 10-15min so I came 15min after ordering. They haven't started yet. 2 tables eating 2 workers. She started making my drink when I asked about it. Stopped making my drink 5 times to help other Togo customers walking in. When she gives me the drink she takes 2 other to go customers payments that arrived after me. Pretty crazy to wait 30 min for a smoothie. If you dont want ppl to just order drinks thats fine just let me know. I never get this from the original gold train.

This place definitely passes with good marks. No doubt I will be back. I like the way they prepare their noodles, not overcooked and perfect texture. Wish there were more meat but definitely adequate already. No regrets there!

It was a great experience eating in this restaurant. Food was amazing with a large portion, great service and friendly staff.
Automatically apply a tip on all orders even when they are take out. Food is mediocre and they reheat in a microwave. POOR VALUE FOR MONEY and forced tips. Will never eat here again. There is too much better competition to put up with this nonsense.
Had lunch there yesterday. Friendly service and very good food! I had the Combo with Roll, Grilled Chicken and Noodles. Very delicious and fresh. I'll go back soon! .

Very quiet. That being said can hear the microwave going off constantly. Makes me wonder how fresh the food is here. I ordered spring roll on noodles. Was ok. The fresh salads rolls are really small for what you pay. The shrimp tasted off. I returned them and she said it was fresh shrimp. I’m like no I be had fresh shrimp. This tastes old. Got an extra large chicken ball soup. No flavour in the broth. Had to ask for chili oil twice. Service not consistent

I was really pleasantly surprised. It was my first time trying this place out. I had a few banking errands to do and had some time to kill so I figured I'd have a early lunch.
The food is very tasty. The service is standard. There's plenty of parking. I would definitely come back again and try other items off the menu. It's nice to have a Vietnamese option at Market Crossing!
