Maybe there’s a new owner? But it feels quite different. Also they don’t turn on the heat. It’s so cold! Wont be returning.
Love this spot. Owner is super nice, very friendly. Food is delicious, broth has a sweet tang to it, very unique. Portion is just right for me. Decor, cleanliness, all amazing! Cozy little spot, perfect for a hot bowl of noodles!

I was hungry and just popped in for a viet sub. Ordered the grilled chicken. I was damn good. Chicken was tasty and there was lots of it. Tons of veggies and the bun was so crispy!

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that their sea food soup didn't have many shrimps, which is the reason I ordered it. Otherwise, meat spring rolls and service deserves 5 stars.

Legit broth for pho and delicious. Generous portions. It never disappoints. Also the owner is nice and friendly. I almost want to keep it a secret.

Very Good but - no tendon served here - which is half the reason I go out for Vietnamese beef broth and bone broth.
I ordered their #1 beef broth with extra tendon, and then I got the bad news.
I'm 67, and people with arthritis we like beef tendon. It's good for the joints.
Otherwise everything was great. Friendly Staff.

My dinner choice when I don't feel like cooking. Consistent food quality, ideal takeout place.

Food is tasty and flavourful! The chicken wings and spicy beef pho are our favourites!
I was excited to try this place after hearing good things. The food looked great at first, but halfway through my meal, I noticed something unusual in my rice (see photo). I politely asked the owner about it, and they assured me it was lemongrass. I’ve had lemongrass many times, but this didn’t quite look or feel like it. I didn’t want to argue, so I just let it go. Posting this so others can see for themselves — does this look like lemongrass to you?

Was the first time I've been here, the food taste was quite good and flavorful. The prices are a bit pricier than your average viet place. Service was fast and friendly
The one caution I have is that for their noodle dishes like vermicelli and noodle soup, is that they fill the bottom of the bowl with bean sprouts so you get less noodles and make it look like it's bigger than it is.

Hardworking staff takes order with warm smiles and served us with great dishes of big portion! Ordered two main dishes are enough for three girl friends to enjoy with yummy memory! Spring rolls and Thai Milk Tea tasted special and yummy too!

The food was great, the lemongrass chicken tasted amazing, with the savoury texture of the pork chops. Very authentic with the options. Better than any usual Vietnamese restaurants. Would come back again
