Having a 12% tip option is quite rare nowadays, food is great, owner is personable. You can’t ask for more.

Hands down the best spring rolls I've ever had in my life. I can't stop raving about them to anyone who will listen. I tried Ha Cafe for the first time and went back again the next day just for the spring rolls. The Pho was also very tasty, and a good portion size.

When out on a work call, I like going for a good bowl of delicious hot pho in the area I’m in. This time, I tried Ha Cafe.

First of all, service was good. Staff made sure my tea was always full. The price was good and the pho only came in one size, no regular and large options. Taste was good but I found the pho a little underwhelming, seems it looks to plain compared to other pho restaurants I’ve been to. (see photo)

Also, the ones I go to usually has an accompaniment of basil leaves, bean sprouts and jalapeño slices. I still have to ask if they had it and they brought me out some chilli pepper slices, but I like my side plate of fresh herbs to customize the flavour to my liking. I would come back here just to try their other dishes.

Shrimp wonton soup and lemongrass chicken with vermicelli made my day. Don’t forget to order salad rolls as well. :) 10/10

We went there for lunch on Sunday. It was quite busy. We ordered items No. 20 and 21, which were also popular on their menu. The food tasted good—the meat was juicy, the portion was just right, and the price was reasonable. It kept me full for the whole day. The staff was friendly, especially the owner. They kept refilling our water and tea without us having to ask. I would definitely come back.

I lived in Vancouver for 10 years and worked in Richmond and Burnaby aswell. This was the best Pho I found in those 10 years in the lower mainland. Rich and flavorful broth, firm vermicelli, fresh basil and great service. I still crave this restaurant after moving 5 years ago.

I came here for the first time while searching for a pho place close to my work — and I’m so glad I did! I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful and satisfying my pho bowl was. The broth was rich, the ingredients were fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. So happy I found this spot. Definitely coming back!

Ha’s Cafe had a nice hominess to it. I came for pho, but left feeling like I was missing something. Looks to have some mix of Thai and Chinese to it. Wasn’t really what I was expecting, but next time I’ll give it another chance and have the pad Thai.

Stewed beef noodle is very authentic. Staff is very polite and take care of you. No wonder this place is very crowded esp lunch time

Stopped by Ha Cafe recently and was seriously impressed. If you’re into authentic Vietnamese food, this spot is worth checking out—just a short walk from Metrotown.

I ordered the Special Beef Noodle Soup ($16.95) and it was excellent. The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of depth. It came loaded with brisket, rare beef, tripe, and beef balls over perfectly cooked rice noodles—super satisfying and definitely hit the spot.

Also tried the Half Lemongrass Chicken and Pork on rice—flavorful, juicy, and grilled just right. The lemongrass really came through and paired well with the tender pork. It’s a solid combo plate if you’re craving something hearty and savory.

The place is casual and clean, service was quick and friendly, and the food felt authentic. Definitely a go-to for comfort Vietnamese eats in the area.

Good food, fair price but there is nothing special about it, it tastes quite similar to what I had in other restaurants. The store is clean, service is fast and staffs are friendly. Good point is that they serve complementary hot tea.
