I was excited to try this place after hearing good things. The food looked great at first, but halfway through my meal, I noticed something unusual in my rice (see photo). I politely asked the owner about it, and they assured me it was lemongrass. I’ve had lemongrass many times, but this didn’t quite look or feel like it. I didn’t want to argue, so I just let it go. Posting this so others can see for themselves — does this look like lemongrass to you?

Was the first time I've been here, the food taste was quite good and flavorful. The prices are a bit pricier than your average viet place. Service was fast and friendly
The one caution I have is that for their noodle dishes like vermicelli and noodle soup, is that they fill the bottom of the bowl with bean sprouts so you get less noodles and make it look like it's bigger than it is.

Hardworking staff takes order with warm smiles and served us with great dishes of big portion! Ordered two main dishes are enough for three girl friends to enjoy with yummy memory! Spring rolls and Thai Milk Tea tasted special and yummy too!

I stopped by here on a whim and ordered some fresh spring rolls (which is my favorite) with peanut sauce.
The lady was friendly, great customer service. Food came fast and was very good.
I got 2 spring rolls. The a chicken one, but I also got something I haven't seen before, mango basil roll.
It was delicous!

One of my go-to Vietnamese spots in Burnaby for consistently solid food. My usuals—#21, #23, and their various phở bowls—always land with fresh herbs, balanced broth, and just the right heat. The chicken-and-pork rice plate is another standout. Service is quick and attentive; water glasses never sit empty for long. Space does fill up fast at peak times, so plan for a short wait if you arrive during the dinner rush. Otherwise, expect dependable flavors and smooth service every visit.

Hands down the best spring rolls I've ever had in my life. I can't stop raving about them to anyone who will listen. I tried Ha Cafe for the first time and went back again the next day just for the spring rolls. The Pho was also very tasty, and a good portion size.

When out on a work call, I like going for a good bowl of delicious hot pho in the area I’m in. This time, I tried Ha Cafe.
First of all, service was good. Staff made sure my tea was always full. The price was good and the pho only came in one size, no regular and large options. Taste was good but I found the pho a little underwhelming, seems it looks to plain compared to other pho restaurants I’ve been to. (see photo)
Also, the ones I go to usually has an accompaniment of basil leaves, bean sprouts and jalapeño slices. I still have to ask if they had it and they brought me out some chilli pepper slices, but I like my side plate of fresh herbs to customize the flavour to my liking. I would come back here just to try their other dishes.
