We enjoyed our meal at Happy Lamb. I asked for the spiciest broth, although there were lots of peppers it didn’t seem very spicy. Don’t know if extra spicy is an option?? Other than that everything tasted very good and the food seemed fresh and plentiful.

Happy Lamb Hot Pot was an amazing and unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend to everyone who wants an excellent atmosphere for hot pot that's great for gatherings and large parties, an extremely delicious variety of meats and vegetables, and fantastic service that is extremely quick and attentive for their customers.
The servers were all extremely kind and wonderful. I came with a group of five people on a weeknight, and our server immediately asked if we wanted a seat by the window. When we later had some additional friends arrive, our server asked us if we would prefer a larger table instead with two burners so that it would be easier for us to eat. This was only the start of how attentive they were to our table, especially as there were several times where some of the shared bar area with additional food and sauce options that were running low on food. Without even being asked, when the servers saw that we wanted more canned peaches even near the end of the night when they were transitioning to their late-night menu, they immediately refilled the entire plate for us. As one of our friends was pregnant with the craving for canned peaches, we were so delighted and happy that they helped us out and provided us with such excellent service.
We appreciated how even though we ate for almost three hours, we were not asked to leave and instead the waiters were constantly providing us with additional tea refills, utensils, and bringing out all of our orders. They even asked us if we wanted ice cream at the end, and were happy to help us split our bill based on the number of people at our table.
I will highly recommend everyone visit Happy Lamb Hot Pot for an excellent experience, especially if they have larger groups and also want somewhere that is reasonably priced, has more causal fare, but also where they will not be rushed. I had such a fantastic time and we will definitely be coming back again for all of their delicious food and their extremely considerate and helpful service.

At first glance it’s like wow pretty good deal, $31ish for AYCE. I even went here for the birthday deal where the birthday person gets to eat for free. Even then I feel like it wasn’t worth the time. Maybe the price was still ok at this point.
But now I know why they’re able to price it at this range. They’re severely understaffed. Credit to some of the workers there who look exhausted, some were still able to serve us with a happy face and attitude. There was probably 2 servers for the entire restaurant, and a couple of expo people bringing out food. And they all had to serve a somewhat 60-80% capacity restaurant, maintain the sauce bar, appetizers and everything. Really feel bad for them, management needs to improve.
Now here’s what I observed: Sauce bar was barely maintained I had to go up to ask for service myself (for ordering food, getting water, essentials basically) We ordered, got our soup after 15 min. While the soup was boiling for 30 minutes (I’m not exaggerating here), we never got any of our ordered food. We had to ask where it was twice. By the time our food came out, we had to ask to refill our soup lol
By the time you get your second round, all while the first round comes out in varying times (meat first, veggies 10 min later, fish balls another 10 min later), you’re getting full from waiting.
At the end of the day, it’s just wasn’t a good experience overall.
Also very extremely thirsty.

The price for AYCE is good, but I personally didn’t enjoy the taste of the soup base or the food overall. The staff were very nice and friendly, which I really appreciated. However, the sauce area could use more attention — some plates still had stains and didn’t look properly cleaned. After eating, I felt very thirsty within an hour, which makes me think the food may contain a lot of MSG.
