Was there an ownership change? The pizza went from our favorite to absolutely horrible. Very little toppings, thin, cold, and gross. Quite possibly the worst in the city now. So disappointed with the drastic change.

Great experience from thee hellcrust pizza last night I order the veggie pizza and the girl was so sweet and and friendly. And she make best pizza ever with the good crust and every thing was sooo perfect . I'll recommend this place to to every one if you wanna try delicious food.

Best ever experience i've get from this place the service was so good i place an order on call and the girls was so nice and went above the beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and really made me feel welcome when i go for the pick up. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza and excellent service!

I had an amazing experience at Hellcrust Pizza on Hastings! The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and full of flavor. What made my visit even better was the outstanding service. Gurpreet went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and really made me feel welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza and excellent service!

Order from Uber eats today, and this is what I get, cold fries, pizza, plus look how much fries they put. I dont recommend this store at all. Compare to the price that they charge you and the fries was burnt. Looking forward to sue for this

Son was hungry as we were walking by. Nothing to write home about. Place looked pretty dirty. At least the Lady was nice. Go for Freshslice or Uncle faite instead.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a pizza place. The food quality was very poor — the pizza was greasy, lacked flavor, and seemed like it had been sitting for a while. On top of that, the owner’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was treated with disrespect for simply asking a basic question about the menu. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of better options out there with both good food and respectful service.
