I didn’t like the vibe of the cafe as the service was cold & atmosphere was unwelcoming. Wouldn’t come back & don’t recommend you come here. The drinks were tasty, but not worth it. Would rather go to other cafes.Edit: I did in fact buy 2 drinks for my stay. I didn’t even bring a laptop as I stayed only for a short while. Owner response should tell you enough.

Good café for dessert selection and coffee. I personally recommend the sesame latte.

The cheese cake was super good, one of the best I had. Texture was perfect, flavour was rich. I also got a brown sugar milk tea; it was amazing. I dont know why but it taste better than other locations that have brown sugar milk teas. Customer service was top notch. Staff could see I didn't have enough hands to get my order to the table and helped me out. Upon leaving they also said goodbye even though they were on a break.Very impressed

One of the best cafes in the greater vancouver area. Unique and tasteful interior design, ample seating inside, food and coffee have always been great. I highly recommend this place

We ordered the Brown sugar milk tea Bing Soo and it was so good! Flavour and texture was different but yummy. I highly recommend it. The drink I ordered was mediocre which is why I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5.

One of my friend wasn't feeling well so she didnt order any drinks and then the owner came to us and told us that they will kick us out unless my friend orders a drink because there's a d*** policy: one drink per person. But it was in the morning with plenty of seats left(we were the only customers at the moment). We explained everything but they ignored. I get it but they could've been a little nicer and understand our situation. The drinks are almost $9 including the tax. The drink was pretty good but wasnt worth $9. It was served in such a small cup, at the same price i can get grande size in starbucks. Worst café i've ever gone to.

Tried their Americano and cheesecake. The Cheesecake was must-try, very delicious and Americano was a great combination together - just wish that interior was little more cozier.

I had Matcha Latte and it was thick and creamy. I think they used condensed milk or something. So good ?

I have been going to this location since 2017. Back when it was called Black Milk. Was in love with the staff and the quality of drinks. Today was the first time when I’m sooo so disappointed. Today is November 27th, Sunday, currently it’s 4.30pm. Firstly, girl at cash is terribly mean, did not smile, wasn’t polite and never said thank you. I’ve never seen such service here before. The matcha latte she made for me was disgusting. Firstly, the cup was half empty (despite the fact that I paid $8.50 for it). Secondly, it wasn’t done properly, there were chunks of matcha, so it wasn’t mixed properly. Please train the staff to not only provide good customer service, but at least to smile ??

Went on a Saturday night, the Barista was super nice and fast with the drinks even though there were a lot of people. It was getting late and he was super polite in letting us know they were closing in 15 minutes. We were a little bit loud near the end and apologize for that! It's overall a great place to study with a group of friends!

Their Bingsu (shaved ice) milk tea is very good. It comes with good portion, coconut jelly, Oreo cookie, and a walnut ice cream.

Hey Hi Hello is located in the K plaza in Burnaby. It's a fairly large coffee shop. I think their prices are too pricey for what it's worth. One tea cost me over $6.00 just for a tea bad and hot water. Hey Hi Hello wasn't so busy when I visited the cafe to catch up with a friend. It was nice a quiet! This cafe is good for doing work quietly or with a group of friends.

Ordered a cheesecake and a cup of coffee for two ($15 incl tips). Twenty minutes in, as I was about to finish the owner(?) came and ask us to purchase at least one drink per person or leave. Was that necessary? The cheesecake was pretty good and I was enjoying it before what eventually happened, happened. We understand that indie cafes are struggling if people hang around for too long but for a cafe with plenty of space in an afternoon, twenty minutes of time was pretty reasonable in my opinion.Maybe the owner wants everyone to order coffee and cheesecakes but enjoy them out in the parking lot.If the owner would kindly notify me of their d*** policy at time of purchase I would’ve turned around and GTFO.
