It 2:00am in the morning. Its been 35 minutes I have ordered one rice bowl, one sandwich and a chicken fry. They are too slow. Slow means slower than a tortoise!! Too much. Fast food chain need fast employees. Every customer is waiting and frustrated. Please train them!

Regular = not spicy here. Decent spot, but they gave me spicy when I made sure to mention I needed mild, several times. My family just can't eat spicy food because of their health. Apparently I should have asked for 'regular' if I didn't want spicy, so they just guessed instead of clarifying what I wanted...

I usually order once every two weeks from them. Tonight I was very disappointed with the food when I found hair in it, looked like beard hair. I got refund from Uber but not ordering from Hi five again due to health concerns.

We went to this restaurant because their chicken is halal. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The chicken was not well cooked, the taste was very plain, and the portions were extremely small for the high price. We were really disappointed with the food.
The best “Roasted Chicken” I’ve ever had in Vancouver! I also recommend their fries, very crispy & delicious! If you like chicken, you definitely should try once!

I ordered the popcorn chicken through Uber eats after a delayed flight from the airport as nothing else was really appealing at midnight. Thank goodness I came across this restaurant because wow what an amazing spot to order from! So flavourful so delicious definitely saving this spot for future visits.

Great juicy and spicy roasted chicken; a tasty, crispy, AND juicy fried chicken, not oily, which is a rare find. Paired with a bowl of rice with corn and fried onion, poured with a well-seasoned gravy. Highly recommended, I’m definitely coming back!
