The customer service was excellent. I got the wrong order at first, and I came back to let them know of this issue. The two people who were working their shifts at the time, J and M (sorry I couldn't remember how to spell their names) resolved this problem quickly and I left as a happy customer. Wishing the best for them and Hi-Five chicken as an establishment. The chicken was alright, but the service is top tier!

I tried Hi Five Fried Chicken for the first time yesterday, and it was fantastic! The chicken was fresh, juicy, and absolutely delicious. My daughter doesn’t eat much fried food but loved it too. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Even though it’s about 20 minutes from my place, their 24-hour service has officially made this my go-to spot for late-night snacks!

Have order from this location multiple times as it was the crispiest chicken compared to the fried chicken closer to home. Since then it has been consistently good and has not missed.
