Ordered an 11 piece thigh and drumstick. Store didn't have 5 thighs only three. So I was offered more pieces to compensate. Went home and discovered no extra pieces. So got three thighs and 8 drumsticks.

Fantastic. Ordered mozza bites, munchers, and original chicken sandwich. Everything was fresh and prepared fresh. As fresh as fast food could I suppose. I'll be back sometime. Friendly staff. Very clean inside.

I every time I go there I order spicy chicken and that's not what I get. I get a mix or I get regular chicken. I don't care if they give me an extra piece as its usually drie. If you don't have spicy cooked I'll wait but don't pass the other stuff on to me because you don't want to throw it out. Was there last night for dinner. Got takeout. Won't be back as this is a happens more times than not.

Great service here. Fast as well. Atmosphere was a little bit questionable in the sense that the floor was really greasy. Probably need to use a little bit better degreaser on the floor. I felt like I was slipping when I was walking
At 8pm I entered the establishment and ordered 3 pc combo with a side of coleslaw for take-out. The female cashier went to check for coleslaw and said there are no more coleslaw. Strange- if it is on the menu it has to be served or made since it is no where close to closing. When I got home. The fries were not good. They gave me 2 drumsticks and 1 spicy thigh - overcooked brown- for $18. Totally ripped off. I am very disappointed and will not return. The quality and service at this chain has definitely gone down.

Go after 11 the chef has an amazing voice as long as he doesnt notice he has an audience, excellent singer.
The house sauce is out of this world and they always give large portion of house sauce so dont forget to ask.
And you cant go wrong with anything on the menu.

Hi Five Chicken is the Best Fried Chicken Spot in Burnaby !!
My wife and I visited the Hi Five Chicken on Kingsway in Burnaby for the first time yesterday evening. We were blown away! This is honestly the best fried chicken restaurant we’ve tried in a long time. The service was excellent, friendly, fast, and welcoming from the moment we walked in.
The food quality was outstanding. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. Their menu is impressive with lots of great options to choose from, which made it hard to decide because everything looked so good!
We both left happy and satisfied, and we’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend Hi Five Chicken if you’re looking for great food, top-notch service, and a fantastic dining experience.
I am not joking! This has to be one of the best fried chicken place I have ever been! The male employee is so nice! Chicken tastes just right and good size! Will return!
