Updated review- I went in to dine for the lunch special. The lady put my order to go instead of dine in which I think she forgot. When I opened the container the meat was black and there were just a handful of fries. I think she gave me the bad pieces and little fries thinking I would go home and open the order instead of in the restaurant. Not happy about it. The photo of the fries is everything that I got!! It looks half eaten

Just now I bought 3 piece chicken combo here because it is near my house so I go there often the food was delicious but there is no respect for customers there if you sit and eat there they give it hot if you take it home they give you whatever you see this is not once this has happened many times I have told them this many times but there The people working don't know about it and even now they gave me an exhausted overfried black colour chicken I gave it back to them and left they said they would put another one in but I said no and left I will never go to that store again this is a lesson for me. If anybody wants to get take out pls be aware. (Note) Hello Mr. Owner pls beware of these employeea they'll spoil your business. Krish

We stopped by the one on 8669 10th Burnaby around 9:30 pm tonight Aug.8, 28th 2024. Friendly smiles greeted us by the man at the front. He also suggested to us a special they had. A young lady also was there with a friendly smile. I saw a card at the front that reminded us to do a Google review. so here I am writing this review with a specific date and time because the young lady and the man we think is the manager deserves our accolades and more customers! Super friendly service and the deep fried drumstick special was really good!! Crispy, fresh and tender! We also had their onion rings! Natural tasting with no special salts , y' know what I mean? Great , fresh and crispy! Definitely going back to try their BAKED chicken next time! Actually that was our original intent but forgot after we were told about the drumstick special haha ! Check them out if you got a craving. We think they're better than Popeye's Chicken. Thanks High Five on 10th Burnaby... keep up the fantastic service and food!

For someone that worked there, the management was absolutely garbage and the staff was all over the place, the food always tasted really plastically,
If this is your last option go for it but as someone that ate there and even worked there I can promise you it’s not worth it
